We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $200 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Aside from the perfect location with unbeatable views, this cozy home also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably.

The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two twin sized beds if preferred. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children`s games available for young families.

Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a king-sized bed, that can be split into two twin beds if preferred, a closet and built in dresser.

Bedroom 3 (sleeping loft) features a queen-sized bed. Climbing stairs will be required for this room.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The home is equipped with 1 bathroom and is stocked with a starter kit of toiletries in case you forget something.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, insta pot, and even a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating at the dining room table. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children`s bowls and utensils.

Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with a comfy sofa, multiple chairs, a flatscreen TV, and a large collection of children`s books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the deck or out to the fire pit on the beach. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture.

Security Camera On Site:
For your safety and security of our property, we have two outdoor security cameras installed
- One facing the driveway
- One facing the yard
These cameras are exterior only and do not record any interior spaces.

Exterior cameras are for guest and property safety. Do not touch, disable, or remove them. Tampering will result in fees and possible removal without refund.

During the winter months, there are times that we experience heavy snowfall. You will likely want an AWD or 4WD vehicle to access the property.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $200 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please keep your dog on a leash when on the beach or front lawn, and ensure they do not enter neighboring properties.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $200 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please keep your dog on a leash when on the beach or front lawn, and ensure they do not enter neighboring properties.
