This property offers 2 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed. 1 full bath. 1 half bath. Full kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

Great Location

The property was in a great location to walk around Sacramento to restaurants and the capital. The air conditioning works very well. The beds are comfortable.

Would stay here again!

This spot was great! Met all of our needs. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Really appreciated that, felt like I could go to them for anything. Unit is much more spacious than the pictures do justice which was super nice. This is a great spot for anyone looking to stay in the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again

Girls trip

We came for a team competition in Sacramento and this place was a gem. It was clean and soo comfortable. We loved that there was soo many things to do within walking distance. When I had an issue with the door the host replied back soo fast that it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this place and if we ever come back I’d be sure to stay here again and again.

Over Nighter

My wife, son, and I flew into Sacramento for an overnighter before driving to Chico for a wedding. Checking in was a breeze. Mesha’s home was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. We caught an A’s game which was a short drive, and Old Sac, which is an easy walk. After checking out, my son realized he had left his necklace behind. Mesha was on it! She called her cleaning staff who located the necklace and had it waiting upon our return.
