Our stay was beyond excellent! We were able to experience many of the local attractions due to being to centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We watched dolphins from our balcony and prepared many delicious meals with scrumptious local seafood in our fine kitchen. Our condo was the perfect home away from home with spectacular views and easy access to the clean beach. Thank you Village Realty for the perfect spring break vacation!

This is a great place to stay. Nicely furnished & decorated. Best views of the ocean. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Table lamps in the living room & bedrooms would be a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seven C's 402 and would highly recommend this condo to anyone else considering a stay! This is a corner unit and as a result offers unbeatable ocean views from not only the balcony, but also from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The condo complex was only rebuilt a couple years ago and as a result everything is new and updated. The condo is nicely decorated and has a well-appointed kitchen. As it's on the top floor, the elevator was a huge help on check-in and check-out days. The covered parking spot under the building was also appreciated. The complex has a very nice, large pool and easy access to the beach. We truly could not have been happier with our stay!

April 2018 Stay

This was our second stay in this condo. Love the corner unit and the view. The elevator was out of service when we arrived. Village Realty started calling about it immediately and they even sent someone to help my husband carry our luggage up the steps since I was not physically able. The air conditioner wasn't working later that night (turns out it was just a popped breaker) but they sent someone out that night to look at it. It was a lovely condo and we found Village Realty to be very responsive and easy to work with.

Great condo. Everything just as advertised. The selling point of a corner rental was the clincher. The only drawback was an extremely slow elevator. But that meant we actually exercised by climbing stairs! Would again anytime.

This was a lovely condo with great views. The only complaint I have is the walk in shower in the master bedroom needed to be cleaned better. Chunks of mold was coming from behind the tower caddy and along the edge of the glass doors. Overall we had a great experience and will be back.

We have really enjoyed this rental. The size is perfect, beds are fairly comfortable and all furniture is clean and comfortable. The only thing that would make it perfect is a nice big shower head! We would definitely stay here again.
