2ベッドルームオーシャンフロントコンドミニアム「コースタルレガシー」は、2020年の最初のフライトレンタルの新しい物件です。 これは、プールとオーシャンフロントの通路への専用階段を提供するコーナーオーシャンフロントのコンドミニアムで、複合施設で最も便利なコンドミニアムの1つになっています。 この建物内の15ユニットのうち3ユニットのみが専用階段を提供しています。屋根付きのバルコニーからは、キッチン、リビングルーム、ダイニングエリアにアクセスできます。 キッチンには、全体に新しいLVTフローリング、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電気器具が備わっています。 充実したキッチンには、ワッフルメーカー、パニーニグリル、通常のコーヒーメーカーとKeurigなど、調理に必要なものがすべて揃っています。 このキッチンで食事を作るのに必要なものはすべて揃っています！ あなたがシェフのタイプではない場合、Goombays GrilleやRawbarなど、試してみなければならない近くのレストランがたくさんあります。

1ST Vacation in OBX

Let me start by saying this rental is so beautiful and probably one of the cleanest places ever!! The beach is steps away and the pool is never crowded. I highly recommend renting this place and first flight rentals are excellent!

Amazing beach front condo

Booked this condo based on the pictures and the listing was 100% accurate! The condo was very clean, stocked with the necessary items for cooking and being able to relax while enjoying the view. The easy access to the beach while being centrally located to different sites and bars made this an awesome unit I look forward to renting again.

Beautiful condo

This was the cleanest and most-well kept property we have ever stayed at in OBX. The balcony view was great and the private steps down to the pool and beach were convenient. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes. A broken folding door to the W/D was addressed immediately. We would highly recommend.

Perfect!

We just returned home from staying in this condo for a week. This condo is perfect! It's exactly how it's viewed in the pictures. It's white, bright, clean, beachy, and comfortable. The stairs to the pool and beach are such an lovely advantage over most of the other condos in this building. Even though it's the bottom living floor (floor 2) it's still high enough to see over the dune to the beach while you're sitting on the porch or cooking dinner in the kitchen. The beach and pool were both great and having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The location is great too... close to a grocery store and all the restaurants. For some reason I thought that this condo only had one bathroom when I rented but was pleasantly surprised to find two full bathrooms of which both were nice. Ray, the owner, was great. He checked in with us on our first day to make sure everything was ok, which it was. We didn't have any reason to contact him during the week but if we had, I'm positive that he would have responded immediately. When we visit the Outer Banks again, we will definitely be renting this condo. Thank you Ray!

Beautiful view! Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo along with another couple. This condo is perfect for two couples as it has two king beds and each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The kitchen, living room and lanai were all very spacious, beautifully furnished and newly renovated. The only recommendation I would make is to leave a "starter kit" which would include some dish soap, a sponge, a packet of laundry detergent, small bar soap for the bathroom, and small shampoo/conditioner, some coffee filters, etc. These items are most always found in the units we have rented before, but not at this rental. They did leave an extra roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper, as well as one dishwasher pod. There were only two wine glasses and the pillow cases did not match the size of the pillows. These may sound like small things, but they do make for a more comfortable stay. There was a nice welcome bag with a bottle of wine and some tourist magazines which was a nice touch, as well as plenty of games. Overall we would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Thanksgiving trip

Tuesday thru Sunday rental. Prepared a fantastic Thanksgiving meal with well stocked kitchen. Except for a little rain on Thansgiving Day, we had great weather and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, but ya can't control the weather!

Experienced the outer bands of Hurrican Ian. Spent an above average time indoors, but had an enjoyable time with family in a comfortable condo.

This condo is new & updated compared to a lot of OBX properties, the location is wonderful, the condo & ocean views are gorgeous, and its just a few steps to the beach from the back door. Would stay again!

Overall stay good very clean and well stocked. If people are staying above you you can hear their movements. Glad there was not a large number of guest above us. Would . book a unit on 3rd or 4th floor next visit

Great condo

The condo is great and exactly as portrayed. Great access and view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, even storing containers for leftovers. ( But there are no salt and pepper, plastic baggies, alum foil, so be sure to bring that stuff.)

Better than expected

This condo was more than we expected. The pictures are accurate. The place was very clean. A welcome bag left for us was very thoughtful and appreciated. Keyless entry made arrival and departure stress free.

Amazing location and great view

We loved the condo. Easy access to beach and pool (even though way too cold to use pool). Beds were even comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for a very relaxing few days.

Great location and very quiet.

The condo is great, nice space and great deck overlooking the ocean. The elevator was broken but we were notified prior to arrival and it was fixed while we were there. November is off season so we had the entire building to ourselves many nights, very quiet stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping and easy access to everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Linens were wrapped in plastic so we knew they were clean. Condo was very clean and there was a nice gift bag with wine and snacks. Good communication from First Flight about check-in and what is and is not provided. Overall great stay.
