Important Details – What You Need to Know

Starter Supplies Provided

To get you started, we provide a limited supply of essentials:

- Dish sponge
- Dish detergent
- Paper towels
- Extra trash bags
- Small bar soap per bathroom
- Toilet paper roll per bathroom (plus extra rolls for convenience)

For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies. The nearest Walmart is just 3.5 miles away.
Washcloths are no longer provided due to health reasons.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Services

- There is no daily housekeeping included in the rental rate
- The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay
- Fresh sheets and towels will be available upon arrival
- Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (must be requested at least 48 hours in advance)

Food Policy – Florida Law Compliance

- For health and safety reasons, no open food is allowed to remain in the refrigerator or cabinets after check-out
Guests must purchase their own groceries, including condiments and coffee

Trash Disposal & Home Maintenance

- Please observe trash collection days and place trash in a 13-gallon bag before disposing of it in the designated bin near the front door

- Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees

- Additional charges will apply if guests do not follow cleaning, maintenance, or trash disposal rules. If the owner needs to send someone for repairs, fixes, or additional cleaning, these costs will be charged to the guest.

Additional Services & Fees

Guests can request the following for an extra charge:

- BBQ Grill Rental: $75 one-time fee
- Pool Heating: $50 per night (minimum of 4 consecutive nights required)
- Daily housekeeping: Available upon request (additional charge applies)

****PLEASE NOTE ONLY 3 CARS PER HOUSE IS ALLOWED AT THIS RESORT*** 2 cars on the driveway (up to 3 cars per reservation). Street parking is not allowed.
