気になった点 : チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
Let’s begin with the check in process. Communicate on the day of check in was slow. There was no communication that there were stairs involved. Nor was there communication to state there would be ongoing construction during my timeframe. I got no rest during the day for the constant banging on the foundation trying to put up a fence. The next thing is there was not cooking utensils that would be sanitary (wooden spoons is not ideal for temporary housing). There were no potholders or baking trays for the oven. There was not even additional toilet paper or paper towels to accommodate 1 week stay. There were also locked doors, which meant it was only one way in and one way out, which should be unsafe and a fire hazard. I had to purchase all the necessary additional materials that should have been provided for my stay. Also the bathroom did not have stopper for the sink. The paint on the ceiling is peeling and there was an odor coming from the sink. There was also only one remote for 3 TVs, in the main living room which I did not sit in as the coach looks like a new one is needed or it needs to be cleaned. If you are looking just to stay an a rush no more than 2 days it’s okay get in and get out. This is not a location for a stay of a week or more.
