Let me begin by stating the discrepancies in the listing. There is only one bathroomnot 2, as stated and that one did not have a towel rack or toilet paper holder (both having been removed from the wall).The face cloths left on the bathroom sink were old and worn.There was not one lamp in the apartment, so the recessed, bright lighting, was all that was available. A lamp and coffee table were brought to the place the following day after I complained as well as a nightstand for the bedroom. A very thin bed covering, so we had to borrow comforters from my daughter, who we were visiting.The kitchen did not have chairs at the island, as shown in the pictures.Very random plates, 2 frying pans and lids but no pots to go with them!! No coffee maker or toaster.There was no lighting in the entryway, so you had to use your phone to find the keyhole to unlock the door to the apartment.It was, by far, my worst experience with VRBO.
