Great property and quiet neighborhood with a 7 minute walk to beach access. We also used the bikes to stroll around the area and Audra with the property management was very responsive if a question arose. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great home to bring our family to for a beach vacation. The home was well laid out for all of our crew and Audra was very responsive to any of our needs. It has everything you need, very functional kitchen, spacious rooms, privacy and an enclosed back yard for our two dogs. It's an easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone. We hope to come back and take it all in again!

Clean spacious house in quiet area close to beach and restaurants.

The Swell Life house is clean and spacious. Has a nice sun porch, back deck, and a large front porch. The back yard has plenty of room for kids and pets to run and play. The new outdoor shower is excellent. Our bedroom had room darkening curtains, easy to sleep in. The kitchen is well stocked. We chose to take a break from cooking and enjoyed the close walking distance restaurants.

Perfect Stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! My parents, with limited mobility, were able to stay on the main floor all week while my husband, girls, and I had ample room upstairs. We took our dogs and they loved exploring in the fenced in back yard that was well maintained with beautiful foliage. I tend to overpack my own kitchen essentials when I travel but I didn’t need them! The kitchen was well equipped with anything we’d need. Audra was quick to respond with any questions or requests. The walking distance to the pond and walking trail was perfect! I didn’t want to leave… I highly recommend this property!
