Welcome to this charming apartment in Bradley. This superb rental is a newly remodeled 1st-floor apartment which includes new furniture and appliances. It is centrally located in the Bradley-Bourbonnais area, with a short walk to local restaurants, a short drive to shops , and a 2-minute drive to Olivet Nazarene University. Includes free wifi, Netflix, and free parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars. Relax with your favorite movies or TV show with the 75-inch TV and two comfortable recliner sofas. The place offers 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a cozy sofa bed. The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub for guests to unwind after a day of exploring. In addition, there is a lovely living room with a sofa for added comfort. Enjoy your time in Bradley at our wonderful apartment.

No eating in bedrooms, please. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. The first aid kit is located in the bathroom mirror.
Trash Day is Thursday morning. Please take out trash before you leave, or Wednesday night. Bins are in the backyard.
Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes/kitchenware used, turn off lights, and close windows.

We were in town for a football game at ONU. This property gave us some serious bang for our buck! Nicely decorated with many little extras for guests to use. We are booked for 2 more weekends and we are looking forward to the stay.

From the moment we stepped in the apartment we fell in love with the place! The description does not do it justice as it is phenomenal! Besides packing clothing this place was stocked with any and everything you could possibly need or want! I recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE that is looking for a place this size! It was PERFECT!

Surprisingly sweet little place. Very well put together. Incredibly comfortable beds. Very fair price. Owners were very easy to work with. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Great little place

It was a nice, clean and put together place. We had a driveway to pull our car in. I guess I didn’t realize it was a duplex and the walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything that went on in the upstairs apartment. We understand that there is no control over that but thought it should be noted.

Cozy and delightful

Four friends spent the night catching up and enjoying being together. This cozy spot was perfect as we had plenty of room to play games and visit. It was very clean, nicely decorated and worked out well for us. Very enjoyable. It is very accurately described. Communication with the hosts was easy and answers were very prompt. We would definitely stay again.

Very Clean and Accommodating

We loved our stay everything was immaculate and well thought out. It felt like a home away from home. We were in town due to a family member having a major surgery and this place was a huge blessing to us. We will be booking again in the future. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Enjoyable stay

We appreciated the clearing off of the snow that fell while we were there, as well as putting salt on the driveway and steps. The one problem we had was on arrival we couldn't figure out how to find the keypad to type in the password for entrance. Otherwise we had a very nice time there.

Last minute trip due to a funeral

Property was clean and had all of the welcoming amenities. The master bed was very comfortable. The host even had coffee ready as well as ice, and a brita water pitcher full in the refrigerator.
