Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or your furry companions, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a fully fenced 5,000 sq.ft. yard and a cozy, thoughtfully furnished interior. Enjoy on-site parking, easy self-check-in, and quick access to Seattle, Tacoma, and other nearby attractions.

Cleaning Policy

1. Guest Responsibility:
- Guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness during their stay.
- Please wash any used dishes and tidy up before check-out to help us keep the space fresh for the next guest.

2. Trash Disposal:
- Place all trash in the designated bins before departure.
- Please ensure outdoor bins are securely closed to prevent wildlife access.

Damage and Missing Items
1. Damage Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Please report any accidental damage immediately so it can be resolved quickly and fairly.

2. Missing Items:
- Any missing or removed items will be documented and reported to Airbnb for resolution.

Pet Policy
We love welcoming well-behaved pets! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Allowed Pets:
- Dogs and cats only (maximum of 2 pets per stay).

2. Pet Fees:
- A one-time $50 fee per pet applies to cover additional cleaning.

3. Behavior and Cleanliness:
- Pets must be house-trained and calm indoors.
- Please clean up after your pets, both inside and outside. Waste bags are provided.

4. Furniture Policy:
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Pet beds are provided — please use them for your furry companions.

5. Crating:
- Pets should be safely crated if left alone in the home.

6. Leash Rule:
- Pets must remain on a leash when outside the fenced yard.

7. Noise Control:
- Please prevent excessive barking or disturbances that could impact neighbors.

Smoking Policy

1. Non-Smoking Home:
- Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited indoors.

2. Designated Smoking Area:
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Please use the provided ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. Violation Fee:
- A $250 fee will apply if any evidence of indoor smoking is found.
