Step into Crestpoint Court – a spacious and inviting family home designed to accommodate your large gatherings in style.

The main level features hardwood floors throughout an open-concept layout, including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a Smart TV—perfect for family movie nights.

Head downstairs to the garden level, where you’ll find a second living area with another Smart TV, a games corner, laundry facilities, and a convenient bathroom.

The lower level is perfect for families, with a cozy living area and toys and games for the little ones. A Pack-N-Play, highchair, and stair gate are also provided for your convenience.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great place to stay

The house was wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks for haveing use there and will rent again. The neighborhood was wonderful and not far from stores either. We all enjoyed it too.

Perfect stay

This spacious home was perfect for a family wedding weekend with 14 of us coming and going. Plenty of hanging out space, very functional kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 2 mini-fridges in addition to the kitchen refrigerator, shady patio. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great place for family get away

In the foothills of Colorado Springs across from UCCS. Well maintained and huge house for the large extended family.. enjoyed the large table for all and a central location.. strong recommendation. In the middle of all CS has to offer.

We had a little trouble with the door code opening but after about 15 minutes on the phone and it was worked out. Plenty of rooms and space to spread out for two families. We would stay here again.

Love this house!

Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great for families. We love to play board games and there were 3 spaces great for gaming. Open kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering for meals and to watch tv. Nice area downstairs for kids to play. This house was perfect!

Graduation Trip

This house was a great fit for my large family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and do different activities without getting on each other's nerves. And the location was great! There was hiking, an arcade, and stores for quick purchases nearby.

Lovely Home

We had 12 people staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The three split level was really nice and we especially enjoyed the basement suite with the kids room next door with toys and the bunk bed. I highly recommend.

Enough Space For Everyone

This was a perfect house for our stay in Colorado Springs. There was more than enough room for all of us (8 adults) to have our own space but also a great area to gather in. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a family dinner and a table big enough for all of us to share a meal. The downtown area was only 10-15 minutes away and there were plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property

This house was very nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. There was enough room for everyone to sit at the table and counter to eat meals and play cards with the rest of our family next door. They had toys for the little kids to play with. I would definately stay again. There are so many things to do around there.

Bro’s wedding

The property is clean and larger than we had expected. We ended up with extra rooms, nobody slept in. The kids enjoyed the toys and games at the location. A short drive to the downtown area. I would recommend this location for large families or groups.

Colorado Springs Vacation House

This was an awesome house! The check in process was straightforward and the house was super clean upon check in. The space was more than adequate for a group of 12. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by. Walmart and Safeway are both under 10 minutes, and it’s an easy drive to the highway. Overall, I’d recommend this property over most, if not all other properties in the area. Would stay here again!

Pikes Peak

The top floor was quite warm two of the nights due to HVAC issues. Overall the house was a good place for our family to stay. We had a great vacation and spent time outside on the patio. Convenient location but two nights the house beside the driveway had a party with loud teenagers.
