Family vacation in the Arizonia sun

We gathered our children, grandchildren (2 &5)and had a terrific time. The activities of pickle ball,swimming, playgroud, miniture golf, polker game table,and privacy. all perfect. We will look to return next year.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and everything was in working order with plenty of amenities. Pickleball court was great and pool was used often because it was HOT! Would definitely stay at this home again.

Paradise in the Desert

What a perfect house for the 8 of us to enjoy some golf and the Phoenix Open. Perfect for large gatherings. Only wish the weather was better so we could have spent more time outside on the amazing patio and fireplace.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Fully fenced pool which is surprisingly hard to find. Neighbors hardly in site. Very private feel. Waterslide needs to be fixed but other than that our stay was amazing!

Outstanding Property!

We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. The home was also thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in several vacation properties and I think my family would agree that this is may be the best one we’ve stayed in!

Family Paradise

We had an amazing stay at the Bronco Estate. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, very large garage for three cars and beautiful desert views. Layout is excellent for both small children or adult only trip. Highly recommend.

Bronco Place Vaca

The place was beautiful, a little more dated than anticipated but still nice and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Foldout in basement was broken so we had to do some creative bed sharing. Would recommend more aggressive spraying for bugs and spiders and such. Overall very enjoyable.

Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful with a few exceptions, The biggest complaint was the mattresses needed to be changed, except for the master bedroom. There were no TV instructions as we lost the TV reception for two days on the plus side for the first time because we stay in houses in arizona 2 to 3 times a year, we could heat pool and hot tub easily. And yes, CJ was pleasant and was able to fulfill our request for plastic wine glasses for the pool side so thank you. Over all it was a nice stay.

Bailey Cup Golfers

We are a group of 8 guys who have made an annual fall golf trip to Scottsdale for 18 years. This is probably the best property/house we have stayed at in all those years. There is plenty of room and very nice amenities. The location cannot be beat if you want to be near Troon, Grayhawk, and DC Ranch area. Although we spent most of our waking hours out on the golf course, when we did return to the house, we enjoyed every aspect of it. Jamie did a great job getting us set up there and CJ went above and beyond getting us a DVR to watch Monday Night Football on delay. You cannot go wrong with this house if you are looking for a luxurious retreat in the heart of Scottsdale. The listing was right on and the photos do certainly reflect the cleanliness and amenities of the home. It is a really well maintained and modern home. We highly recommend it.

2024 Desert Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very spacious and beautiful. However we experienced many maintenance problems during our stay. The first night we all had cold showers. The water heater was not turned on. The problem was fixed the next day. 2 of the a/c were having issues. The property manager was able to get the a/c company to come out and replace the motors. We also had issues with the refrigerator in the kitchen. After spending $500 on groceries the first day we woke up the next morning to our milk, eggs, bacon, meat etc warm so we had to toss the items in the garbage. The refrigerator was never fixed during our stay, we ended up using the refrigerator in the laundry room. It was a little inconvenient running back and forth when cooking meals, but at least we had another refrigerator to use. Also the ironing board in laundry room should be replaced as it was unstable to use. But probably the most disappointing was the pool slide. The tiles were broken and cracked on the slide. Our poor granddaughter went down the slide and scraped her legs and back raw, before we realized how bad and dangerous it was. Also in the house description it should of mentioned that pool was 9 feet deep at one end and the middle of the pool was over most of our heads. So 10 of us were all hanging in one end of the pool most of the time. The pictures of the house showed a diving board and a pool basketball hoop. Neither were there? The sports court and putting green were great. If you are not from Arizona, be prepared for the very large spiders, scorpions etc in the house and garage. There also a lot of cute rabbits hopping around the property. I can’t say enough nice things about Jamie and CJ who are great to work with. Hopefully for the next lucky family to rent this house all the inconveniences we experienced will be fixed, pictures and descriptions of the pool updated and the newly interior painting of house will be done.
