The home is in a nice gated community and well taken care of (home, facilities and grounds). It provided ample space for our large group. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub while the adults appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. The host was very attentive to communication and provided responses quickly (before, during and after our stay). Checking in and out was completed with ease. The only issue we ran into was an empty propane tank for the grill. Although the host stated they would refund exchange of tank with receipt proof, we never made it to Walmart to do so (long, fun filled days); therefore we paid for use and couldn't use. Host did ensure management replaced tank as we were preparing for departure (next guest is good to go). Overall it was a great experience and i recommend this property for those searching for a vacation rental.

Perfect Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! Very spacious with the perfect bedroom/bathroom combos. We enjoyed the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Two washers and dryers were also a nice plus. The pool access was great! The view from the pool area was beautiful! We saw beautiful sunsets and fireworks all around on the 4th of July. We would definitely stay here again for our next Florida vacation! Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful

My family stayed at this property for a month. Absolutely loved the house and the location! Whenever we had an issue with anything, the property management was very quick to respond, and fix it in a timely manner. Kitchen appliances could use an update, and some additions, but other than that, I have zero complaints, and would definitely stay her again!

Family vacation/universal studios.

The house is exactly as is shown in the photos. There was some neglect in maintenance for the property. Like loose toilet seats. Or tape on walls. A crack in one of the steps. Liu was very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was resolved the next day. Otherwise felt that the house was nice and it accommodated our family well. The family really enjoyed the pool and pool table.

This property was amazing, great location; close to the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The size of the house was perfect, there were 13 of us and everyone had space there own space. Also kid friendly, and we felt like we were home. I will diffently rent this property again

Great Family Get Together

The Hot tub heat wasn't working and the house could use a paint refresh. The walls are grungy, but the linens were clean and we enjoyed our stay and had a great time overall.

Absolutely lovely place to stay with enough space for the children to have fun while the adults were comfortable. I was sold on the family size dining room table and the kitchen space. Notable mentions:1. Upon check-in, you have to go to the security gate for a card. They no longer use access codes. 2. One of the comforters had a blood stain. The cleaning team came immediately to replace. 3. The floors were grainy and dirty and someone left a bag of trash inside the upstairs cabinet, the cleaning team came right away to clean what was missed. 4. The key card stops working at midnight on the day you are checking out. If you’re out, you will need to go to the security gate for entry. 5. It seems that the televisions in the upstairs bedrooms are computer screens because they didn’t work for us. 6. If you go to the Game room at the clubhouse, the pictures are from a different property. 7. Clubhouse workers aren’t too friendly. We said hello and she didn’t speak, when she decided to speak, she refused to look at us. Very different engagement when she communicated with other groups. 8. We brought our pool toys with us but there is a door next to the pool full of pool toys. 9. We needed to change the shower head to our travel shower head for ADA purposes but were not able to because the metal was sealed together.10. We left a few things that they were happy to take. Overall, the owners and property management were superb! Top tier experience for our family.

Great house for large groups

We stayed in the house for one week. We had four families for a total of 17 people. The house looks just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for everyone. The space upstairs is great for kids. We were all able to eat at the table together which was important to us. We had kids from ages 1 to 16 years. The crib, highchairs and strollers were great. The older kids enjoyed the games and xbox one. We all loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in our swim suits. The club house was awesome. It was great for all ages. We loved the lazy river and the arcade is free. The club house is about three blocks away but still walkable. You do have neighbors close on either side but that never seemed to be an issue for us. The house was pretty quiet. The location to parks and entertainment was great. We were able to do Disney, Lego Land and other attractions with no problem. We would stay here again.

Nightmare Not what I expected

First off first impression house was clean and exactly like the photos. First night my son came complaining about being bit up by a mosquito. Checked his room nothing found. Second night he woke me up again at 3am and he was bit up badly so I decided to check his bed and to my surprise we found several bed bugs on the bed. Contacted the management and they sent someone who first said there was no bed bugs then she found one big and killed it. So she vacuumed the room and said it was ok to sleep in which now I had to share my room with my son. Also the bathtub in one of the bedrooms upstairs was clogged so badly that the water was coming up constantly. So my sister was showering in one of the other bathrooms. Then the pools filter was not working had to call management again then they sent the pool people to the house to fix that. Now we are in the pool every single night and we had rats coming in thru the screen in which was a hole where they had access to get in. So we had to get out the pool because we were afraid for the kids who are running all over the place. It was kind of expensive to have this happen to us its insane. It makes you want to rethink using VRBO because it’s a gamble as to what your getting. I just wish they thoroughly cleaned this house as per the last review I read but I won’t let this deter me from using VRBO I guess I need to read the reviews more carefully next time.

Needs updating but plenty of room for everyone!

THE GOOD; The house is very spacious and great location. Lots of very large pots, pans and silverware. Lots of seating for large groups. The view looking onto the small lake with beautiful sunsets is wonderful. The bathrooms next to all the bedrooms was awesome. Everyone had their own space. Clean as can be, due to needing a paint job. THE BAD; This place needs a paint job, new appliances ( these all only work on half power) Called to have grill fixed.. It took 3 hours to cook chicken, no one arrived! We couldn't use it and did pay for it. Someone needs to do a kitchen check on the all the things that needs to be thrown out and added. I think this is owned by a third party that doesn't ever visit... just collects revenue. The pool took a week to get warm.( this probably due to cold weather) The gaming area has very old and on their last leg game tables. I wish the owners would visit and see all this. Parking is horrible, not ment for SUV'S. You can only park a small car in the garage and depends on the size of the cars, in the driveway. Everyone around you will not obey the 4 car rule and some have 8 or so! They then take up your space. All said and done this place is great if you go with not perfect expectations. You don't have to worry about the kids wrecking anything because it is already run down. We paid a lot of money per night and thought it would be a bit nicer. Just a little TLC and this place would be perfect. I know the owners will say something like, "Thanks for letting us know and we will take care of this"....but trust me they won't. Go have fun but don't expect a 4 star. Sad, it could be. Say "HI" to Mickey from us.

Extremely lacking in overall cleanliness!

My family and I stayed here for a week with my 2 year-old grandson. Upon arrival we were greeted by dirty and stained carpets all over the house and especially in the downstairs master bedroom and stairs leading to the 2nd floor. All the carpets smell and are extremely dirty. I refuse to allow my 2 year-old grandson to crawl around the floors. The walls have scrapes, holes and scratches. There is a stand-alone king size mattress laying on the floor by the game tables that serves no purpose and has yellow and brown stains all over it. We had to stare at it the entire week! The drain in the shower of the poolside master bedroom did not drain at ALL! We removed the drain and found a mountain of hair (not my responsibility)! The refrigerator ice maker does not work. 2 high hats in the kitchen are out. The light under the microwave does not work. The oven was set to self-clean but it wasn’t wiped so there’s burned ash all over it. Over all the house was not presentable at ALL! For what it cost to reserve a home of this size we were very upset and it put a negativity on our stay. The clubhouse pool area was just as dirty. We had to bring a bed sheet from the house to place on the large lounge chair (which we paid $50 to rent) because it was full of stains. We told the owner who is blaming this on the property manager. I can't imagine anyone who stayed here in the past did not complain of the disgusting condition. I took pictures and videos which were sent to the owner but unfortunately, I’m not able to attach to this review. VRBO can contact me to discuss and review pictures and videos if they wish.

Cleanliness was not good at all

The pictures online made this house look great until u got inside. The cleanliness was not good. The walls could definitely used a wash in every room. There was some yellow stuff inside the master closet, Cobb webs In the corner. Where the carpet meets the wall it was like black and the base boards weee completely covered in dust. The pool area needed a good power washing the walls were all marked up and they need to spray for aunts. We were sitting outside and aunts were crawling all over us and there wasn’t food on the ground. There are rust on the bottom of all the lounge chairs by the pool and there taped up, most of the tape was coming off. The outside dining table needs to spray painted because every time you lift your arm up from it some of the coating would be your skin. There was only one towel per bathroom for a group of 15 and face towels at all we went and bought some. There was nothing to wash dishes, no sponges, no was towel. So we went and bought that also. We had to run the faucet and shower 10 minutes before we wanted to use it to have warm water. The carpets weren’t clean they need a good carpet cleaning, my mom and aunt swept all the floors cause they were dirty. There was a crib in a closet upstairs so one person couldnt use the closet at all because they couldn’t even get into it. One of the closet doors in the kids room was off when we arrived, they really need better pots and pans they were horrible. There is no baking sheets so couldn’t do pizza, and no oven Mets at all to take anything out the oven. They have broken decor around the house, the pool screen has a slit in it, one of the toilets stopped working and the ice machine stopped working. The pool guy came the last day we were there and put some stuff in the pool and was like yah y’all can’t use it the rest of the day. I’m like what how does that makes sense why wouldn’t you do this after we left. So we paid for pool heat and couldn’t use it the last day! The air conditioner kept turning off at midnight everynignt and it was set on 73. Everyone said around midnight it would get super hot, I woke up one night drenched in sweat. The front loader washer has mold in it. Like we had to clean the house for us to stay in it. That’s not the vacation I was looking forward to. As much money as we paid for this I feel like I want some of it back. This wasn’t a good, clean house to stay in. I need to speak to someone to get some money back! I really had high hopes from online.

Wonderful roomy house

Very nice house, definitely a 5 star house . Only thing that I would suggest is to get a new set of pots and pans for kitchen. But was definitely a beautiful place . Would go back. Thank you we had a great time

Good vacation

We were 2 families and we had more than enough space . To be honest the view from the pool looking over the lake is priceless. We stayed there for every sunset. We had a very minor issues that were fixed in a very reasonable time. That was awesome! My one little complaint and it’s a personal choice is location but because this year for spring break Orlando was EXTREMELY BUSY!!! It was a 30 to 40 minutes rides from the Disney parks All that said i would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a nice heated pool and the lake view with the sunset is AMAZING!!! Tks for letting us rent from you !! Rheal

Great house with lots of rooms, awesome pool, and terrific sunsets

This house is in a great location with easy access to area restaurants, and a short drive to Disney. The pool area is large with amazing sunsets. The beds are comfortable and the house is very spacious. There were a few items that needed taking care of when we first arrived, and they were very quick to take care of them. The club house was very nice and there was lots of room to sit by the big pool. The lazy river is also very nice.

Could be better

Cleanliness was an opportunity. The outside patio had pieces of hair and broken fingernails all over the floor. When we walked into the house, it had a bad smell, maybe from mopping with an old mop. I paid extra to use the grill but never used it because it was extremely filthy. Beds and bathrooms were clean. The house overall was okay. Needs some upgrading and a lot of things were broken: billiard sticks were broken, shuffle board was broken.
