Super schöne und sehr moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zudem modern eingerichtet. Man kann sehr gut kochen in der Küche. Es sind ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden und das Ceranfeld hatte eine super Größe. Der Fernseher empfängt alle deutschen Sender. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Das Badezimmer ist top. Die Dusche hat einen guten Wasserdruck, es ist ein Lüfter vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine. Auch hier ist alles sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Schrank, wo man all seine Sachen gut unterbringen kann. Der Ballkon ist zwar sehr klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend zu zweit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das empfohlene Restaurant um die Ecke war sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist der Ausblick in den Hof und auf das graue Gebäude. Wir würden aber jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Everything Perfect

Been travelling to Europe for many years, first time in Croatia. A truly great holiday, made even better by staying at this beautiful apartment, the pictures of the apartment are very accurate. Everything was beautifully clean also all items were available for cooking meals, although we only prepared breakfast. The owner (Elvin) was great , he helped so much, with instructions, directions, good restaurants etc etc. We were walking distance from the town of Rovinj, also close to supermarkets. La Perla restaurant is a short walk from the apartment, which was very good recommendation and a very friendly place. We hired a car in Italy, so drove to Rovinj and also a couple of other places while there - Motovun is a must to visit if you like "hill towns" - not far from the apartment, also Porec and Pula. If you are going to Rovinj, you must stay here, we cannot wait to return..

We had a very nice time in Rovinj

The apartment was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was small and the veiw was just the oppisite wall and that was not so nice. The owners were helpfully but we just met on the phone

We are both very familiar with hospitality and customer service as we are working for Hilton Worldwide. Hosptality has always been our main passion and that's the reason why we decided to start a vacation rental business.

The apartment is located on the base floor of a newly built building. From the balkony you can enjoy the peace of the quiet neighborhood. The interior of the apartment was designed with the aim of maximizing the use of space. There are two separated beds in the bedroom which can also be connected. All of the above enables you to feel comfortable during your stay.
