Parking Info
You can have a maximum of 2 vehicles.1 Parking pass will be left for you in the unit, and the $50 for it is paid at the time of booking The association allows for 1 additional parking pass to be purchased at $50 for the length of the stay.

Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
