This Luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7. Ideally located in River Run Village you’re just steps away from the high-speed gondola. Don't feel like hitting the slopes? Check out the shops, restaurants, and local festivities right downstairs.
Don’t worry about catching a bus or shuttle or parking. You'll have access to park in the underground garage and will be steps away from your mountain retreat!
The space
Amazing condo within walking steps to the lifts! Heated underground parking (1 car max). Steps to ski slopes/biking/food all in fresh mountain air!! Wake up to mountain views. 5 min drive to Lake Dillon. Or head over to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a King bed in the master, a Twin XL over Queen bunk in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen sofa bed. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Buffalo Lodge offers amenities including 3 hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, a lounge area with pool tables, ski lockers, and more.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat-screen, smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a Queen sofa bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony with beautiful mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four, while there are three more seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two bathrooms is just down the hall and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a smart TV.
LINENS: **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium-thick, high-quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry-leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest's stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest's arrival.
ENHANCED GUEST SERVICE: Rest assured that this home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service and 24/7 emergency call service.
DISCOUNTS: As a guest of ours, you can take advantage of discounts including ski rentals, ground transportation, horseback riding, and more.
LOCATION AND AMENITIES: This property is located in the Buffalo Lodge Building. Access to several other lodges to enjoy their game rooms and facilities is available. A Ski locker, outdoor heated pool, and several hot tubs are located just downstairs.
BALCONY
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony looking at the Mountains. The unit is on the 4th floor overlooking the ski slopes.
RULES: The unit is 100% non-smoking including the balcony. Not suitable for Pets or Parties. Additionally, the River Run village is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
PARKING: Underground Garage Access in the building for 1 car included! No additional spaces are offered in Keystone River Run. Please note that Keystone River Run does not offer any additional overnight parking facilities anywhere. Guests will be responsible for making arrangements if they arrive with more than 1 car.
EV Charging Stations: the underground garage provides a couple of EV charging stations. Those are first come first served and they are not guaranteed in any way.
AC/HEATING: Buffalo Lodge units are equipped with efficient baseboard heating. There is NO Air Conditioning in any units in the village. Feel free to open windows and enjoy!
Guest access
POOL & HOT TUBS:
The Dakota swimming pool and hot tubs are shared amenities for the guests of Buffalo Lodge, and The Dakota. You are welcome to use ANY of them. Look for POSTED SIGNS and remember to comply with rules and restrictions. The hot tubs for Buffalo Lodge are located on the first floor.
Other things to note
- NO-Smoking NO-Vaping unit including the balcony.
- NO Pets allowed
- No Parties.
- Must be 25 or older to rent.
- Guests will be required to provide full names of each guest before check-in via message.
-Guests will be required to acknowledge house rules via message before check-in.
- Keystone, Colorado, nestled at an elevation of 9,280 feet, offers stunning views and unique experiences. Please be aware that altitude sickness can occur at this height. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds or adjustments for any altitude-related issues.
- Summit County does not offer U.S. mail services.
- WINTER CONDITIONS:
- During the winter months, snowstorms are a natural part of life in a mountain resort area. Occasionally, I-70 may experience temporary closures due to weather. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments for delays caused by road closures.
As an alternative, Interstate 285 and Colorado Highway 9 provide a reliable route from the Denver area. While this option may add some travel time, it tends to remain open more consistently during winter weather compared to I-70.
- OCCUPANCY: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age or the age stated in the advertisement for the property on our company website, whichever is greater. The Primary Guest must occupy the property during the entire reserved period. Other Guests may be family members and/or friends who are responsible adults or children under the Primary Guest’s direct supervision. At no time are more than the maximum advertised number of Guests allowed in the property. Exceeding the maximum advertised occupancy is a violation of governmental Short-term Rental Regulations and may result in fines and removal from the Property. Furthermore, Guests accept full responsibility for and agree to follow all legal requirements set out by Public Health Authorities. Guests agree that they have no expectations of services from the Company beyond the interior of the Property. Guests expressly agree and release the Company from any claims related to services and activities outside of the Property which the Guest may have expected, but were otherwise unavailable.
