The first floor has two queen-sized bedrooms, while upstairs, there are two twin beds. Plenty of room for family and friends.
Step outside from the eat-in kitchen onto a private patio, fenced-in yard—perfect for grilling, outdoor gatherings or just soaking up the sun. After a day exploring nearby places like Smugglers, Seagull or Mayflower beach, enjoy the outdoor shower. Then head out to catch the sunset!
Go a little further for unforgettable day trips, like Provincetown or set sail to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket—just know that a world of fun lies just minutes away. Whether you want local cuisine, shopping, or an evening of mini-golf, everything you need for the perfect vacation is within reach. Your Cape Cod experience is just a click away.
You can also plan ahead for September and October known as locals summer. The beaches are free and less crowded perfect time to really enjoy some peace. The Seaside Festival is Columbus Day weekend, located a mile down the street. If you plan further ahead to December there is a cookie stroll and all kind of winter activities planned in Yarmouth. The Yarmouth Cookie Stroll is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, according to the South Yarmouth Village Association. It will be the 20th annual event.

Our family has been coming to the Cape for many years staying in hotels generally in the Yarmouth area. We finally had an opportunity to purchase this home which has been completely renovated and is centrally located to all things Cape Cod.

We love how the home has deeded rights to Long Pond. A fresh water pond/beach that is a one minute walk down the road. Perfect for swimming or fishing. It also has a small children's playground and basketball court. Not to mention the proximity to many beaches. Closest is Smugglers Beach which is about 2 to3 miles away. Restaurants, golf courses, water park, Margaritaville, Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket - all within reach. It's a perfect spot.
