This beach view condo is on the 14th floor of Origin, one of the nicest and best located condos in PCB! There are 3BR and 3 BA, with two sleeper sofas and one day bed, TV's in all the rooms and a large, well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer.

Guests have complete access to all three bedrooms and the other space in the condo, the heated pool and hot tub on the 4th floor (must have the rubber bracets on!) and the gym.

Free parking on site for one car in the parking garage, additional cars have free parking in the overflow lot next door. Please let us know how many cars so we can have your parking passes ready.

The Parking garage is accessed thru a gate, we will send you the gate access code prior to your arrival.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach across from the condo. There is a store on the ground floor with just about anything you will need for a great day at the beach!
