End-of-Stay Cleaning: $600
Damage Deposit: $5,000
Flat Utility Fee: $500/month (includes internet, hot tub, electric, gas, trash/recycling)
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with owner approval. Non-Refundable Pet Deposit - $500.00
One dog expected; more than one not guaranteed
***Effective April 1, 2026, tenant access to the Association's amenities, including the Athletic Center, Trailhead, and Short Course, will no longer be included in the tenancy. Tenants who wish to enjoy these amenities will have the option to purchase access for $300 per month. Tenants who choose to pay for the amenities will need to stop by the CPOA Office at 360 Carterville Rd to sign up and make payment.***
