Nice place close to a pond

I enjoyed the cozy cottage. It is in a beautiful setting by a pond, and the birds were fun to watch and listen to.

Not accommodating

1. It's not a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom like it's listed. It's 2 bedroom, 1 bath2.They got VRBO on my case threatening to have me removed from the property if I break any rules3. They demanded I be out by 11am at check out and not a minute later4. They said my trailer is ok to be on property before we booked then later needed it removed from the property5. The entry door goes straight into a bedroom.6. The bathroom doesn't have a door, it's a plastic curtain.7. The house gets very warm inside, in the 80s8. Birds and fireworks make noise throughout the night9. I felt so uncomfortable after VRBO got on my case that I never wanted to communicate with the host again. I didn't even want to tell them their grill has no propane tank to use. I should have contacted VRBO about the the misleading listing to get compensation back but I wanted to keep a good relationship with the host, thats what I get for being nice.
