Location was great! Only suggestion would be to have spare sheets and blankets for the futon/air mattress and also enough towels for 6 people.

Adorable apartment in downtown Dubuque. Close to Loras college which is what we wanted. Perfect for our family. Comfortable, beautiful old building that's well maintained and deviated nicely. The only downside - thr brewery below played music until 11:30 every night but not too the fault of the VRBO owner. There owner was very responsive and helpful!

Thanks for your kind words, Laurie! I’m glad the apartment worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the charm of the building and location near Loras. I appreciate you mentioning the music — the brewery usually closes at 10 PM, so I’ll follow up with them about this. Thanks again for staying with us, and you’re always welcome back anytime! Ken

Week in Dubuque

Nice 2 bedroom property in town. Above a brewery. Straight shot to the Ice Rink. Lots of stuff in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Minor issues: Stairs and no dishwasher. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it is one of the most vibrant and historic areas of Dubuque. Many of my properties are located near the downtown Millwork District, which has become a lively destination with great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local businesses.
Guests enjoy being close to the Mississippi River, the riverwalk, museums, and many of Dubuque’s historic landmarks. The area also has beautiful historic architecture and a welcoming small-city atmosphere.
Whether guests are visiting for work, a weekend getaway, or exploring the region, this location makes it easy to enjoy everything Dubuque has to offer.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our properties are designed to provide a comfortable and reliable stay. Many of the homes are located in historic buildings, but they are carefully updated with modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and fully equipped kitchens.
We focus on cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful details such as quality linens, well-maintained furniture, and convenient self check-in.
With thousands of positive reviews from guests over the years, our goal is simple: provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable place where visitors can relax while experiencing the charm of Dubuque.
