Best Studio Location In The Building With Unobstructed Water View Balcony


Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen-size Murphy bed and full-size sleeper sofa sleeps 4. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.

Beach views spectacular, the condo has everything you could need. Our host was immediately responsive to all requests. On sight restaurant and tiki bar were very convenient and lots of fun.

This was our 2nd time booking with this host. VRBO works because of the host. With Bruce & Maria you have 2 of the best. Every time I have sent a question it has been answered very quickly. Usually in minutes. The views are second to none. Everything is within walking distance. This is by far my favorite place to stay on the Galt Mile in Ft Lauderdale. No road between you and the beach like at places South of here. It is an older building but the views and location make up for that.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view is gorgeous and the owner was awesome, always available to answer any questions immediately. We were able to cook a couple of meals using the hot plate, pans, utensils and dinnerware, but we did have to clean them first. Looked like they hadn’t been used in a while. There is a toaster, not a toaster oven. The coffee pot has filters and in good working condition. Plenty of dish soap, small sample shampoos and body soaps, paper towels, tp, and bath towels. If you need beach towels you’ll get them at the small hut next to the Tiki Bar. It cost about 6.50 per towel (might have been 6.35, we didn’t use the service) but when you return it, you get 5.00 back. There is also a pay washer and dryer downstairs near the Tiki bar. Food was good for a tiki bar and we also ate inside the resort at the Italian restaurant. Expensive but the live music was fun! The TV has a lot of channels if you’re interested but we mostly sat on the balcony and listened to the waves. Loved the area-north of Ft Lauderdale Beach without the crowds and within walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea along with some nice restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great with nearby restaurants, Winn Dixie, and CVS. We stayed 4 nights before a cruise and would do so again. The owners were great to work with if you have any issues

Great trip for mother's birthday!

The location was great, and the beach was perfect. Could not beat the view! Definitely a studio but very easy for 1-3 people. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely do it again!
