The home is centrally located and is 1 mile from the Kenai River. The house has a ranch-style open concept that is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms plus a 4th bedroom/office. The furnishing, appliances, and accessories are all new and contemporary. The home has Wi-Fi and a workspace desk for remote working. The home is within walking distance to shopping, and dining, 1/2 block to the hospital, and 1/2 mile to Soldotna High School. The home is perfect for guests visiting the area, staying for sporting events, or a long-term stay. This proximity makes it convenient for guests attending sporting events, hospital work/visits, outdoor activities, and enjoying the river. #593800401

The kitchen includes a Keurig and coffee pot for guests to use. The kitchen is fully remodeled and stocked with basic kitchen essentials.

The home comfortably sleeps 5 people (effective for new bookings as of 6/19/24).

Rental is for the entire home, and you will not be sharing it with anyone. Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.

Hooks are installed by the front door in a covered area for hanging fishing waders. The shed in the backyard also has a rolling rack to hang waders after a day of fishing. Private backyard with deck & patio furniture to enjoy outdoors.

Guests will have access to park in the driveway.

Guests will not have access to the garage or mailbox.

The property does not include a BBQ or freezer chest for fish.

We would be happy to provide company names to fillet, freeze, and store your fish.

Wonderful place to stay. I had to come to Soldotna for school and stayed here for a little over a month. The house is within perfect walking distance to the hospital for clinical rotations. It was the perfect home away from home and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed my time in the home.

Beautiful roomy house

We had a wonderful stay here for Thanksgiving! We were a group of 5 adults and a 3 year old, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was lovely, very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great

Beautiful, updated house that was very comfy and a great place to crash after a long day. Great coffee selection, a fun smart-fridge that my daughter enjoyed using, and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This VRBO is located in a great place, central to everything. Beyond that it is a well appointed home that leaves no convenience out. With easy check in, easy check out, and frequent reminders and communications with the owner/host, the entire stay couldn't have been any more enjoyable

Great home with plenty of space

We enjoyed the home very much. The appliances were new and the entire property was very clean. The beds are very comfortable, check in process was smooth. The owners were very quick to respond, we would absolutely stay at the home again.

Excellent location, beautiful property, and plenty of space.

The property is in an excellent location regardless of where you are going. The property is newly remodeled as advertised and very clean. Our check in and check out process was very easy. Would definitely rent this property again. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and pleasant to work with.

Modern, Comfy, and Great Location

We stayed at this property because my sons had Pop Warner football games at the High School. This home is close to everything, Fred's, High School, Hospital and River. We will stay here again. It's so lovely and has tons of space. The backyard is huge for the boys to run around.

Soldotna Weekend

Our group of five family and friends stayed over the weekend We appreciate how clean the entire house and property is! Lots of little extras made it an enjoyable time. Like the spices and shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen is fantastic! Lots of plates, pots and pans, room to cook and serve food - loved it!

We rent out our home while we travel. We enjoy Soldotna for fishing, hiking and outdoor activities. The location of the home is very central. We take pride in our home and ask guests to review the house rules before booking. In booking, you agree to abide by the house rules. We want each guest to have a wonderful time!

This property has been fully remodeled and has all updates appliances and new furniture. There is a nice desk in the office/4th bedroom that provides a great place to work remotely. The home is central to walk to coffee, the grocery store or other nearby locations. Rental is for the entire home, and you will not be sharing it with anyone. The garage will not be accessible. The property does not include an outdoor BBQ or freezer chest for fish. We would be happy to provide company names to fillet, freeze and store your fish.

The master bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a nice rain showerhead. Self-check-in with touch pad on front door. Guests will have access to park in the driveway. The home is centrally located and 1/2 block from the Central Peninsula Hospital and Heritage Place, 1 mile to the Kenai River, 1/2 mile to Soldotna HS, and 2 miles to the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex. The home is approximately 90 minutes away from Homer and 110 minutes to Seward with world-class halibut charters. Salmon fishing is minutes away at Centennial Park, Rotary Park, the Soldotna Visitors Center, and the Soldotna Creek Park. The house is located on a quiet street with great neighbors. The house has a few board games and outdoor cornhole. Included is a washer and dryer for guests to use. The home and linens are professionally cleaned before and after each stay.
