From the moment we walked in, the place smelled wonderful and was exceptionally clean! There was plenty of parking, which was a huge plus since we had a truck and trailer, and we had no issues at all. The owner was accommodating which made the experience even better. Overall, a great experience!

Everything was exceptional. Great detailed instructions. Nothing to complain about at all.The three king size beds were a god send. All three males in group are 6'6 plus.

The stay was nice but the host tried to blame me for multiple things after check out….I felt very targeted. It felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me.

I’m sorry you felt targeted—that was never my intention. I take pride in being an attentive host and making sure every guest has a clean, pleasant place to stay. However, I do need to be clear about a couple of issues. The checkout time was not followed, and you remained on the property past the agreed time. Additionally, your guests were allowed to stay in the home without you being present, which is against the house rules. When house rules aren’t followed, I have to enforce them to ensure fairness and consistency for all guests.

Great spot just outside of Birmingham!

The property was clean and appointed exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed being close to several shopping and dining options. Getting to downtown Birmingham was also quite easy. The owner communicated throughout our stay and made it a hassle-free experience. I'd definitely stay again and recommend this property to others.Added bonus -- the kids loved the games in the basement!

Nicely furnished and well equipped, spacious, and easyaccess to good restaurants. 15 minutes to Barber! Room for trailers to turn around or park. Above averageand easy com with manager.

Charming visit

The house was great size and convenience for our group. Neat,clean, beds comfy. Just a few mentions.We would have appreciated a few more bathroom and kitchen linens. A toaster And shades/curtains not shears.

I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests.
