The house, pool and view are beautiful! The house is so spacious. There were nine of us and we had so much privacy. We loved our time in the 60 foot pool and hot tub, and loved the sitting areas outside. We drove down to Rum Point a few times. They have very nice restaurants and starfish point was amazing! We are so happy we chose this house!!!!

Family friendly and perfect

This house totally suited our family’s vacation needs! Louise was a most attentive property manager and quickly addressed any and all minor tweaks. I highly recommend this property located in a much less congested area of Grand Cayman.

Family Vacation

Our family had a fabulous vacation at Twin Palms! The villa home was exactly what we had all wished for. The pool & hot tub, the game room, the movie room and the luxurious bedrooms were enjoyed by our children and their young children. The villa home is located close to the botanical garden, parrot sanctuary, the marina and great restaurants. We had a blast!

Personal resort

Perfect large house providing privacy for our 3 generations. Beautiful home decor with everything you need or want. Large pool, game room, theater room were fun extras. We spent more time driving to all the activities and restaurants than we expected. Arranged for Chef Roman 2 nights, who was fantastic! Overall, it was a very happy experience!!

The villa was really outstanding and Penni the local agrent was great

What can you say! Seven bedrooms with a huge amount of common space plus a game room and a theater room. Had to suffer having a scotch in the hot tube while overlooking the beach. Place was really outstanding and located in the best part of the island. We used the Silver Thatch boat for two trips to sting ray and a tour of part of the island , George and Joe were great. we want to go back. stuart

Twin palms, if you can believe it, is better than the pictures! The house was perfect for our 2 families with more than enough room. Everything about it was beautiful. We had gorgeous beach views along the whole back of the house! We loved the game room, the kayaks, so many beach chairs and of course the hammock! The kitchen had everything you could want or need to cook a great meal and the sound system was awesome! The bathrooms were like mini spas and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the location to rum point and kaibo but still had the privacy on the beach. Seriously can't say enough good things about it!

“The amazing stay”

This is a wonderful property!! Perfect for our group of 14- 3 families traveling together. The house had everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds. The pool, hot tub and game room were perfect for adults and kids! The only downside is the north side of the island was extremely windy the entire week we were there. This limited use of the beach area and kayaks. There was also quite a bit of seaweed covering the beach area and blowing up onto the pool deck due to wind. You do not need to rent extra kayaks from Grand Cayman Villas- 2 kayaks are already on site at the property.

Wonderful family vacation!!

We had such an amazing time at Twin Palms! The house was perfect for our three families and we never felt on top of each other for a minute. The home is the perfect open floor plan where everyone can congregate but also has bedroom wings that are quiet and private! The only challenge we ran into at the house was the air conditioning but we were so pleased with how quickly service was there to address it! We’ve rented a lot of houses in various places in the US and the Caribbean and this by far was the best rental and best experience we’ve had. And we so loved being on the quieter side of the island!! Highly recommend the boat excursion to Stingray Bay and snorkel (our guide Joe was awesome!) We will definitely come back to Twin Palms!!

Great first visit to the Cayman Islands

Property was in great condition and was clean and prepared for our arrival by the excellent staff. We booked through VRBO, but would certainly book through grandcaymanvillas.com next time. The house was as advertised - the kids loved the pool and the spacing of the home's bedrooms gave everyone privacy but also allowed us to share meals and evenings on the deck. There were pool and beach toys, kayaks and other amenities not mentioned on the description too. The location on the Northside was great for our family - we didn't eat out but cooked our own food mostly and had a chef come in for a special occasion meal. The property management staff was amazing at answering questions and quick to respond about the booking process & amenities of the home as well as assisting with our excursions & gear rentals. We had great excursions: a night Bio Bay Electric Boat tour with Cayman Kayaks as well as a Stingray City Charter Boat tour with Silver Thatch Charters. Overall an amazing place for our first 3 generation vacation!

A week in the Caribbean

The house, Twin Palms, was great for our family in many ways: all on one level, pool access, ocean access, roomy, pretty well-equipped kitchen (though dish towels would have been helpful). A couple problems with appliances made logistics somewhat challenging: one of the clothes dryers didn't work, which was hard with four small children. And for some reason there was no hot water on the west side of the house. We all had to shower on the east side. Considering these things, we thought the house was over-priced. In the future, we will always inquire about functionality. We think it would be easy to fix these kinds of things and then the house would be perfect for a large bunch of people.

Twin Palms dream house

This property is the perfect place for a family vacation. The living area is large and open. The house has two wings of bedrooms and baths. But the pool and the beach is where you’ll spend your time.

COVID 19 Policy

The property manager could not have done a better job handling the cancellation of our trip because of the virus. Scott was amazing. Excellent communications and when it became clear that we would not be able to stay, he was quick to issue a full refund. Looking forward to trying again soon!

Twin Palms Thanksgiving

Plenty of room for our 12 member family... beds were comfortable.... fridge and washers and dryers were top notch ... kitchen was well supplied with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. Would have appreciated sugar, flour, stovetop cleaner, baking soda and more paper towels.... pool, hot tub and beach were clean and inviting.

We are glad you had a nice stay. We supply starter sets of paper products, soaps, shampoos, etc. You could have called the manager if we were out of stovetop cleaner. Great biz retreat

Perfect property for our group of demanding business owners. Seven adults very comfortably enjoyed the property. Two sets of washers/dryers were great. Split floor plan with lots of great rooms was awesome. The separate 2nd living room with doors for privacy was perfect when the chefs were cooking and we wanted to have a private meeting. Would also be a great relaxing place for a family to unwind. I have nothing negative to say about the property and would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Penni for going the extra mile on every step of the way with this rental. A truly caring property manager.

Grand Cayman Holiday

The house is amazing, and that would be an understatement. We had seven adults plus a toddler and everything in the villa was perfect. Great location, great privacy, great kitchen, and list goes on and on. My wife thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day during our six day visit. We had two private chefs and a yoga instructor come over to the villa during the week and the professionalism and knowledge provided from each person was terrific. I strongly recommend this house for a family vacation.

This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations on every level! Perfect for a big family!

We recently stayed in Twin Palms with our family for our summer vacation. It was just perfect for us, and we loved all the details in planning for large groups. We enjoyed the privacy and the closeness to Rum Point and Kaibo. It was a fantastic week and everyone loved the pool and the beach. The only drawback was the seaweed. It was all over the beach and in the water. We just went to other places to get in the water and swam at the house in the pool. We will definitely be back in the future!
