This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit is just minutes from Alyeska Day Lodge, Girdwood Brewing and local trails leading to stunning waterfalls. Two master bedrooms with own private en-suites, and a flexible space can be used as an office or use the futon to sleep more guests. The chef`s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make gourmet meals. This house requires minimum 2 nights booking. There is an additional 1 bedroom apartment available in the building you can add for your bigger group needs.

This unit is in a duplex house. You have shared walls. Private entrance.
Two master suits with built-in bathrooms, and a flexible space can be an office or additional bedroom.

We had a great stay. The home was welcoming and met all of our needs. Convenient location and beautiful lot. Huge kitchen island was great for game night, hot showers forv everyone, and plenty of space throughout the house.

Had a family trip to Anchorage and stayed in Girdwood for 2 nights. This rental is as advertised. 2x Bedrooms with en suites and one converted den. Pros - SpaciousWood burning fireplaceHuge kitchen island for eating and congregatingGreat backyard deck with views of the woodsClose to slopes and town but feels localQuirks -Some furniture is worn, like kitchen stools which were not the most comfortablePlywood wall separated main house from attached unitBroken handle on dryerFlood lights on main house were constantly on and came through a windowI call them quirks not cons because they were odd or slightly inconvenient but did not meaningfully impact our stay. We had an early setback but the host picked up the phone immediately and was responsive and communicative and able to resolve everything without being pushed or further prompted, which in my experience is EVERYTHING. There are always issues but having a host who is there to help is truly much more important. It is also priced accordingly, not a whole chalet or a guest room, but somewhere in between. Overall would recommend to friends and family and stay again. Had a great experience.

Master bath left much to be drsired/ kitchen well stocked . Deck advertised- but no table and a few chairs. Biggest disadvantage is the 2 baths are inside 2 of the bedrooms leaving the third having to go into one of the others /if you are all adults this would be a problem
