Welcome to our home away from home in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida! Our home has Hurricane windows and Sleeps 7. Pool at 87 degrees all year long for a refreshing swim time anytime of the year. ( Cold spells can not guarantee 87° water temperature. ) This charming house is the ideal place to unwind, relax, and experience all that beauty Southwest Florida has to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find many local pristine beaches where you can relax and rejuvenate. The property is close to Pelican Island, Fort Myers, Sanibel beaches and scenic parks, and dining options for amazing sunsets. The heated pool has Southern exposure, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Anyone that wants to head to the West Coast of Florida, location just 10 drive to downtown Cape Coral, amazing sunset right from the backyard, 35 minutes to Sanibel Island beach or Fort Myers beach, St. James City, Flamingo Bay. Great place and location. Host was great and provided info regarding the house. Rum Runners restaurant and lobster Lady Restaurant were great.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house is stunnin spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and designed to make you feel instantly relaxed. The private pool was truly the highlight: spacious, perfectly maintained, and perfect for both relaxing mornings and magical sunsets. It truly felt like having our own private resort.The location is fantastic quiet, safe, and ideally positioned to explore the best of Southwest Florida. Everything you need is just a short drive away, while the home itself remains a peaceful retreat.What made the experience even more exceptional was the outstanding support from Denn and Cathy. They were absolutely wonderful always available, incredibly kind, and ready to help with any advice or assistance we needed. Their attention and care made our stay even more special.Every detail in the house has been thoughtfully curated, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen.
