It also has one foldable baby crib, and more equipment for kids. The metro station is just 500 meters away (line 8)! You can reach the center of Paris or Disneyland in 30 min, Orly airport in 15 min by car depending on traffic.
The place is very spacious (90 sqm), fully equipped, bright and very comfortable.
It's perfect for a large family or a group of friends, as it can accommodate 10 people and 1 baby.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT :
Total of 4 bedrooms:
- 3 bedrooms, each features a double bed, a 4k TV, a desk and chair, a built-in wardrobe and electric blackout roller blinds.
- The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and kids play corner.
- The sofa in the salon transforms into a bed for 2 people.
- Also, there is 1 foldable baby crib that you can place in any room you want.
In the apartment bed linens are provided which are dry cleaned by professional company after each stay.
KITCHEN:
The open space kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, 2 American fridges, freezer, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. You will find all the necessary pots/pans, dinnerware and glassware to enjoy your home-cooked meals. The tea, coffee and sugar are provided for all guests.
BATHROOMS:
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. Some essential toiletries samples are prepared for your arrival (a couple of rolls of toilet paper only, hand soap, shampooing and shower gel, also 2 towels per person and a hairdryer).
There is also a washing machine that you can use for free (the laundry detergent is not provided), as well as a drying rack, an iron and it's board.
LIVING ROOM:
There is another large smart TV in the living room, as well as brand new fiber optic wifi modem. The sofa tranforms to a bed for 2 people.
EQUIPMENTS FOR BABIES AND KIDS:
In addition to the foldable crib, you will find 1 baby chair booster, kids dinnerware, some books and toys.
PARKING:
There is free outdoor public parking in front of the building. There is no dedicated space, but you will always be able to find a couple of spots.
GETTING FROM/TO THE AIRPORTS:
- 15 minutes drive to/from ORLY Airport by taxi/car
- 30 minutes drive to/from CDG Airport by taxi/car
By public transport:
- From ORLY airport:
Take the Tramway line T7 and ride to "Porte de Thiais" station, then take the bus "TVM Saint-Maur - Creteil RER" and ride to "Église de Creteil" bus stop, then take the bus line 217 and ride to "Henri Cardinaud" bus stop, then walk to the apartment 1 minute.
- From CDG airport:
Take the RER B until the "Gare du Nord" station, change here to RER D and go until "Maisons Alfort Alfortville", then take the bus line 217 and go to "Henri Cardinaud" bus stop. The apartment is located 1 minute away from the bus stop.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
- Bus line 217 and N32 at 50 meters
- Metro station Créteil-Prefecture line 8 at 500 meters
GETTING TO:
- CRETEIL UNIVERSITY
Walk 4 minutes to Juliette Savar bus stop and take the bus line 181 directly to Créteil University.
- PARIS DISNEYLAND
Take the metro line 8 at the station "Créteil - Préfecture" toward "Créteil - L'échat" station. Then take the bus line nr. 100 and get off at the next stop named "Crous". Take RER A and ride to Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy (Disneyland).
The journey typically takes around 1 hour if you plan well the departure of the bus line nr. 100, as it is scheduled every 30 minutes (on weekend once an hour).
- PARIS CENTER
Only 10 minutes away by walk from the apartment - the metro line 8 will bring you to the Paris Center (Bastille, Grand Boulevards, Opera, Concorde, etc.) - depends of the destination the trip may take only from 35 to 50 minutes.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You will find a shopping mall and supermarket, a smoke shop, a pharmacy, butcher, bakery and fast food, all within 500 meters.
