Great stay for a family trip.

We were six adults and four children staying at this property. The location was great, as it is very close to Disney World. We also greatly enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse. The house was clean, and there was lots of room for all of us. Thanks for the great stay!

Poor communication

The area was fine. Poor communication. Dryer was broken. No lounge chairs to lay by the pool. No tv in 2 of the rooms. Wi-Fi stopped working 24hrs before our check out.

Hello dear guest. Thank you for booking with our property. We are sorry that your stay did not go as expected. Two pool chairs were delivered yesterday to this home, we will have the dryer diagnosed, but was working prior to your arrival as per my inspector. The unit configuration shows no TV in 2 rooms and this can be seen prior to making the reservation. The wifi may have been a reason of system upgrade in the neighborhood and it is due to the provider. We hope that we can serve you better next time.

Great condo, great service, great price!

My family (3 kids, and my wife) recently stayed at 3079 Storey Lake and loved it! It was very clean, very close to attractions, Publix grocery store, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the unit was better than advertised. There is a small pool in the back and a community pool area that is under construction. There were a few questions we had during our stay but Bruno (the manager) answered every email or text within minutes. He went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be recommending this to our friends and family. A couple of notes: While it wasn't a big deal to us, you do need to bring your own washcloths. Also, the thermostat was locked on our stay but Bruno was able to change the temperature remotely within minutes if we needed it to to be adjusted.

-Rental manager was resonsive. -Home was as imagined, but a little bit worned out. -The carpet was cleaned the night before and had some wet spots. Our socks got soaked. It left a meld dew smell. I told the staffs, but they said it was dry on its own. I had to take some towels and soak up the damp carpet. Had to buy some candles and fresher. - shower water pressure is too low - The dryer didn’t work well, had to dry half of the washer at a time. - The location was perfect. It was easy entering and exiting the community.

Very dirty !!!

I stayed at this property and booked it online pictures looked very nice furniture look clean and new when I arrived everything was dirty the carpets were filthy the couches were stained I contacted the manager I had a three week old baby here I was told everything was scheduled to be clean once I checked out glad it will be clean for the next people but definitely was not for me manager would never write me back after I complained very disappointed I stay here every year with my family in story lake and I’ve never had a problem

Great Location

The house could use a good cleaning, couches are stained (and a bit small if you did have 12 people staying here) baseboards are dusty/dirty, dryer lint collector has a lot of lint loose not on the collector. The only thing that would be nice is to have something in place where not all the food gets tossed perhaps an idea of where to donate food/fruit, condiments etc. Perhaps a map of the resort the bridge system is very confusing and doesn't have a legend or description of which street you would be on if you took it. Loved the location, you can walk everywhere. There is a liquor store in the plaza closest to Fable and by the Burger King. Smoky Bones was the best and we did the Escape Room in the same Plaza. We lucked out and had awesome weather.

Townhome was large and spacious. A few things need to be fixed. (Patio door, dryer didn’t work well for towels, toilet seat was broke) Very clean just needs more kitchen items. The dishes and cookware were very cheap.
