Our property is a newly renovated 4 story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished apartments including a one bedroom on first floor, two bedroom apartment on second floor, two bedroom apartment on third floor and and two bedroom apartment on third floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is also in close proximity to other local activities listed below:
- Beach, Bars & Restaurants (2 mins walk)
- Ferry to Isla Mujeres (10 mins walk)
- Maya Pyramid site “El Meco” (15 mins drive)
- Marina Mall and Shopping Area (15 mins drive)
- Walmart (15 mins)
- Airport (25 mins)
Guest access
The property is located in a private gated community called Playa Blanca. When you arrive at the main gate of the community you will see a security guard cabin. Please inform the security guard you are guests of Diana staying at Pez Dorado 13. The security will let you enter. Once you are past the main security gate, turn right on main street and then turn left on street Pez Dorado and then you will arrive at the property Pez Dorado 13 on your right. Please proceed inside the property, where you will be met by your host, who will provide you the key and will show you where you can leave the keys upon your departure.

And on the opposite side, just meters away, is Playa del Niño, a beautiful public beach where locals gather to swim, relax under palapas, and enjoy seaside restaurants.
