The location is great especially if you are looking for a not so busy end of the lake. So peaceful at night with a beautiful view. The house has lots of room to hang out with your people. Lots of great deck room with plenty of shade. Would recommend staying here if you need a vacation away from home for a few days.

Our stay here was fantastic. The hosts had everything set up for our stay! The pictures don’t do justice for how spacious the house truly is!

Bach Weekend

Abby was an amazing host! We had a small problem but she fixed it right away. She also gave the best recommendations on where to go if we didn’t already have places planned!

We absolutely loved this property and that we could rent both homes for our friends and family to come together. Our family of five adults and three kids stayed in the larger home. Space, TV in each room, nice living room space and wrap around deck was all fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked, fantastic patio with a beautiful view for mornings and evenings, with a very large dock and space to spread out. We cooked dinner and grilled out most evenings, it was ideal for our large group. We will be back!

My immediate family of 16, all 20 years old, enjoyed our stay at the Lake Getaway, as we hosted a family reunion over Labor Day weekend. We had 12 sleep at the house. The house fit our needs nicely. We utilized all the bedrooms with eight people. We didn't use the futon. The other four young adults slept on two air mattresses in the very spacious living room. The covered deck was nice for visiting, playing darts, cooking on the grill or when it was sprinkling one day play games. The dock was nice for swimming and laying out. Additional seating in the shade was nice for the people that wanted to stay out of the sun. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future plans.

We stayed here for my parent's 50th Anniversary celebration. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, paddleboarding and fishing from the dock, and a enjoying a celebration dinner on Saturday evening.
