We are conveniently located centrally to all destinations within St. Louis and it’s suburbs! Low traffic, and easy navigation to many restaurants and local spots!

THE EXPERIENCE

Located in a historic brick building, this one bedroom / one bath provides a spacious and quiet apartment. The apartment’s furniture has been all updated. Including a car port in back.
The space
Enjoy having the entire apartment to yourself or share it with family or friends; this unit sleeps up to 2 guests (queen bed) +1 if they don't mind couch surfing! This location embodies city comfort; offering safe and easily drivable options for shopping and dining. Experience this historic retreat among a peaceful tree-lined avenue; with morning and afternoon sunlight guaranteed to brighten your day.

LIVING ROOM:
The sizeable living room is great for reading or enjoying your favorite TV Shows on the Apple TV provided.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a queen size bed, extra pillows and blankets are available!

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is spacious, complete with all the appliances you would need to make a home cooked meal! There is room for four to comfortably dine at the dinner table, so feel free to invite friends over!

Perfect for us. Laundry available, easy access, clean.Pros- close to everything we needed - Francis Park less than block awayCons- for some the lack of a dishwasher might be an issue. It wasn’t for us.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The home itself was charming, the neighborhood was very friendly, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. The photos don't lie it's a little slice of heaven nestled in St. Louis. Connor went above and beyond to make our trip seamless he checked in with us on our way into town, personally introduced himself shortly after we arrived, and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Everything about this experience was smooth, welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. We had never stayed with Vrbo, didn't know what to expected but honestly anything you moght need was available just like you were at home. We would absolutely stay here again!
It's the small details that make it so cozy!

Perfect place while waiting on my closing of new house. Clean, quiet, everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Connor was a wonderful host & kept me in the loop of anything going on on the property. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is lovely. Conner is a great host. He is very responsive to messages. The apartment is clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, all appliances work well. I knew there was a washer and dryer in the basement but I was pleasantly surprised that there was laundry detergent and even stain remover spray. Plenty of viewing options on the TV. The neighborhood is very safe. I definitely would like staying here again.

Clean Bright Comfortable

We come to St. Louis for ballgames mostly and find this place to be perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and host responsiveness. Conner even stopped in the middle of his workday to help us get logged into our YouTube TV account.The light does come in thru the bedroom curtains and blinds so if you need total darkness to sleep, might not be your place.The street parking is not a problem at all. And the neighborhood is perfect for taking a walk. Of course, a nice park is nearby too. As is the Botanical Gardens. The Hill for good food is easy to get to. We will stay again if we can.

Safe And Comfy

Safe neighborhood with fabulous park nearby. Connor was wonderful and responsive and funny. Beautifully appointed home with a hint of Old St Louis. This will be my first choice every time I visit!

Nice spot (but not super quiet)

It's a nice property in a great neighborhood. I recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping though. You can hear cars going by and the walls between the units have zero insulation, so we could hear the dog next door walking around on the hardwood, like it was in the same room with is. Also, there aren't room darkening curtains, so the morning light was an issue (but I am very light sensitive).same room

Great Location

The duplex is in a nice area with easy access to several St Louis attractions which made it easy to cram several activities into the 3 1/2 days we were in town. The house was nice and clean. Our only (and minor) issue is that it sits off a busy road so we could hear early-morning traffic from the bedroom during the week. The host was very responsive to any questions and was kind enough to let us keep our bikes in the basement.

Excellent Stay and Nice Neighborhood!

This is an older home on a nice, safe street, NW of downtown St. Louis and just 10-15 minutes to lots of great sights/attractions. The house has plenty of amenities and worked very well for us on a long-weekend stay. We appreciated the cleanliness, the kitchen supplies, the comfortable LR furniture and large TV! The property also has laundry facilities in the unfinished basement. It is an older home so has some quirks but also character and personality, which we enjoyed. (Only detractor for the stay was quite a bit of noise from the duplex neighbors, coming and going at late hours, which is a little disconcerting if you’re used to life in a single family dwelling.)

Clean and comfortable with a GREAT location!

We loved staying at this home! It was very clean and had a nice kitchen--although we don't use a kitchen much, it is always nice to have a clean one just in case. The bath was great too! We loved the original finishes. The best part was that it is right around the corner from my 91-year-old dad's house. So, we didn't have to stress him out by staying with him! And it is also walkable to St Francis park which is an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient location

This was exactly what we needed for a weekend in STL. In town to see a show at the Pageant and go to a Cards game. Conveniently located so we were able to Uber to the show easily & inexpensively. The drive to the zoo and stadium were quick. The space is clean and cozy, parking is abundant on the street, carport is a bonus. Host was quick to respond when needed.

Peaceful. Clean. Safe. Enjoyable.

The area was quiet, peaceful, and rated one of St. Louis' safest neighborhoods. Francis Park is only a block's walk away, which includes an on-site beer garden that is open daily, that also offers sandwiches and appetizers. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles. Though an older home, it was clean and met our expectations based on the description and photos. Street parking is plentiful, but larger vehicles (SUVs and trucks) may want to utilize said street parking rather than the available rear car port, due to the narrow driveway. The landscaping has been recently updated. There is free Wi-Fi available, which the living room's LG Smart TV utilizes for it's IPTV channels and popular pre-installed streaming apps, which allows for hassle-free access to one's favorited shows and movies. All appliances were clean and functional. Both linens and toiletries were provided. However, the property is not wheelchair accessible without assistance, due to multiple large stairs at both entrances. Despite the above limitation, we would gladly consider booking another stay.
