気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This is the worse experience I’ve ever had trying to rent a place. The host never responded to me through Vrbo and finally responded to me through WhatsApp from the number that was online because I had reached out to them through it. They never gave me check-in instructions and when they finally did the property they were trying to put me into was a two bedroom condo and what I paid for was a four bedroom condo. They tried to give me a separate unit with only one bedroom to accommodate us, but that would still only leave us with three bedrooms. They then told me that the four bedroom condo that I had originally booked was already booked. I told them I wanted my money back and I filed a complaint through Vrbo. I’m hoping Vrbo will give us a refund as the property was misrepresented and fraudulent.
