Great place to stay. We had a blast with our family here. Rooms were clean and house was outstanding. Pet friendly home with community pool. Pool was also excellent especially on the days with heavy currents in the ocean. Great location too. Now more then a 10 to 15 minute drive from everything and even less to the beaches.

Hi Kelly, Thanks for the feedback. We had a scheduled carpet clean for the day after your departure (all carpets have been professionally steam cleaned as of June 13). Unfortunately, we could not fit it in before your arrival. The bird poop is something we have been battling after several pressure washes, the birds continue to nest. Time to get an owl! And another pressure wash. The paint in the stairwell does have some minor imperfections due to the guests hauling luggage up the stairs etc. We do our best to wipe down the walls between guests, but some marks require painting which can be tricky to squeeze in between back-to-back bookings. We would have been happy to address these issues to make your stay more pleasant and tried, however, you refused us entry twice. Best Regards

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, short drive to the beach. Very nice looking pool and the dock offers a great view of the lake. It was hard to leave we considered being squatters. Lol

The worst trip on vrbo ever. From bad addresses to finally getting there. These are some of problems and they wanted me to call on a holiday weekend.Things wronge. 1st floorNo garbage cans no table between chairs.No luggage rakes just on floor.Beds No boards for support.Bedding from goodwill.No ceiling fan2nd floor No bedrooms.No pots and pans without scratches.No casserole dishNo pans fir frying.A one cup coffee makers for 7 adults.Balcony had no chairs for family area.3rd floor.If your old you might sleep on 1st floor like my 67 year old.Balcony covered with bird poop from months. 1 chair.They asked why I didn't call . Because it took 2 days for me to fix.The gulf conc. Would have had a moving truck to fix all issues.and this is my fault.
