This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for groups of up to 10 guests, offering comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Step into an open and airy living space filled with natural light, seamlessly connecting the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace, streaming your favorite shows with high-speed Wi-Fi, or cooking a delicious meal, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Outdoor Paradise:
The backyard is your private oasis, featuring a sparkling pool with stunning mountain views, a relaxing jacuzzi, and plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. Tire up the BBQ grill for a perfect al fresco meal, and end the evening gathered around the fire pit under the stars.

Optional Pool Heating:
For an additional $109 per night, enjoy the pool heated to a comfortable 83°F. Please request and confirm this 24-48 hours before arrival to ensure it’s ready for you.

Parking:
Complimentary parking is available for up to 2 cars on-site, with additional free street parking nearby.

Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.

Things to note about the pool & outdoor spaces
To maintain the Villa's top-notch condition, our pool cleaner will swing by the property every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. Likewise, our gardeners will make their rounds on either Mondays or Tuesdays, from 8 am to 5 pm. Please be aware that they will access the Villa without prior notice to guests.
