Step inside and relax in the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable leather sofa, swivel chairs, and a rustic brick fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures with updated cabinetry, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Your peaceful retreat awaits in the king suite, complete with a second brick fireplace and built-in storage. The private en-suite bathroom adds a touch of luxury with its beautifully tiled tub and shower combination, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Great location! very walkable to all the tourist spots. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Cute historic charm and higher quality furniture than I am used to in rental properties.

This property was a perfect getaway spot and matched the listing exactly. Great location within walking distance of the entire historic district. We would absolutely recommend this historic space and would stay again!

Overall the stay was great. The apartment manager was wonderful at staying in contact and answering questions quickly. The place was in a wonderful location, easy to get around Savannah! My only only complaint was the moisture control, but I know that Savannah doesn’t help much in that department.

Perfect spot to experience Savannah w out a car

Eric and Bien were wonderful hosts, very quick to respond to any questions. You can easily walk to all that historic Savannah has to offer. Took advantage of walking Forsyth in morning and night Comfortable bed and very clean!

The stay was perfect! The location is everything you want, walkable to the entire historic district. Although the street parking charges during the weekday, there are plenty of free spots around with a VERY short walk as long as you move early.

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything about it met and exceeded expectations. Location was perfect, nestled a couple blocks from Jones St in one direction and Forsyth park in the other direction. The unit was charming, beautifully done and very clean. The views from the windows were so beautiful I didn’t I highly recommend this property and host.
