Casita: This private in-law offers a queen size bed with a half bath perfect for privacy and convenience.

For additional guests there is either the pull-out couch in the living room or futon in office area.

Guests will have access to the entire property including: the "casita" or in-law's apartment, the dock, and parking. The boat lift may be used by owners to store a small personal craft.

*Only 1 pet small well behaved pet, if allowed, will be subject to a $500 pet fee.

*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
