Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Gym, acres of grounds, multi purpose room, With 14 superbly appointed bedrooms, 2 washing machine, iron, and AC, this peaceful retreat offers everything guests need for a relaxing stay. Experience the magic of Memphis at our house.

Please Note:
***The basic reservation covers simple lodging only. As this is a short-term rental, only registered guests are permitted to enter the home.

Gatherings of any kind are considered extensive use and will incur a premium rate. Unauthorized events or additional visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.***

To ensure accurate pricing and proper preparation for your visit, please make sure that all guests are included in your reservation. Unreported guests may result in access restrictions to certain areas of the property and additional charges.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, only registered guests are allowed access to our home unless prior arrangements have been made. Pricing is structured according to the number of guests. Any extensive use, including events, gatherings, or celebrations, will incur separate charges.

Beautiful home, very spacious it had a beautiful kitchen and lovely livinf room and another aotting room as well as many bedrooms all my guest had their own restrooms. The outside was humongous we did an Arabian night theme me and my family it was absolutely amazing.

The house is massive! It sits on about 3 acres and has tons of privacy. The pool and hot tub (which heated up very quickly) were clean and spacious- we spent much of our time outside when we were not cooking. The interior has tons of room for everyone. Anton was super responsive with all of our communication. We will definitely stay here again if we have a large group.

The pool area was amazing, the hot tub was even better , the recreational amenities were very very accommodating. It was spacious and clean . I enjoyed it being gated and secured . It at least 5 Acres . My family played basketball. Soccer, swimming, sunna hot tub etc.

Rented the house for a weekend tennis tournament in Memphis. We originally rented a different property, but were told two days before arrival that the property was no longer available even though we reserved and paid months in advance. This property was offered as an alternative. Location relative to the tennis facilities and restaurants was good, but wasn’t expecting a rolling gate and stop sign. The adjacent neighborhood was a little run down, but we didn’t have any issues with neighbors. Very close to the interstate and road noise, hot tub wasn’t clean, grill wasn’t in good condition and security system kept alerting even after a technician was sent to “fix” it. We would not stay here again.
