Fine the electricity went off for a day.And that was very irritating.The house is not the cleanest house in the world.The landlord was very accommodating with the problems that had arisen

A rustic cottage with a very basic kitchen, good size garden in a lovely quiet area. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the space, garden and very grateful for being able to bring two cats. A great base for enjoying the area. Small improvements would massively improve the cottage as it is very tired. Even a deep clean would benefit it and make it more enjoyable. Saying that, after an initial clean we had a lovely time.

Misrepresented, dirty and no communication

None of the furniture was as pictured in the booking listing from the reservation we made. The beds were not queen beds as the listing said they were so we had to sleep separately adding to an already stressful time considering we were on this trip to be in the area for my mother-in-law's burial. The house was filthy with spaghetti in thr sink anf old Chinese food remnants in the microwave. The yard was unkept with poison ivy everywhere. The water was non potable and made us and our dogs sick. There were undisclosed security cameras and motion sensors and after we tried to reach out to the host about our issues, he cut the outside lights to the property every time we drove back at night via his undisclosed security system. It was by far the worst, most uncomfortable stay we've ever had and the biggest misrepresented property we've ever booked.
