Welcome to our cozy vacation home with a direct panoramic view of the majestic mountain “Savin Kuk”. The house is located only 200 meters from the ski slope, which makes it the ideal accommodation for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts. Nestled in the untouched nature of the Durmitor National Park, our house is a perfect starting point to discover the beauty of this unique region.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is well equipped to guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious living area with fireplace makes for cozy hours, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking evenings together. Everything was excellent. Would happily visit again! Be careful with directions though, the location sent by vrbo was not correct, and the host helped us find the right spot.

Excellent location for Durmitor National Park, wonderful views and very peaceful. Communication could have been better as often no reply for 24 hours and the directions were poor - no name just the picture and the front is now different. There was also confusion over the tourist tax which we were told to go and pay but has to be paid by the owner. The property was nearly complete but this didn’t greatly affect our enjoyment - the crazy paving was not finished and there were a numbered of wires hanging out of the walls. Very little clothes storage. Be aware the air-conditioning is only in the living area and there is only a small table and four chairs outside. This property has a lot of potential but feels like it is not quite ready for guests yet. An information pack would have been very useful too as we couldn’t unlock the hot tub until a lady came round in the evening to check we were ok.We enjoyed our stay overall but it could have been excellent with a few improvements.

Great Potential, Cozy Cottage

Positive: Lovely little no frills, rustic cottage surrounded by nature. The view is unlike anything thing else and it’s really close to popular destinations like durmitor national park. The house has lots of space and a wonderful indoor sauna. The wifi was fast and check-in instructions were clear. The kitchen is also very well stocked. Negative: Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of some issues - the hot tub was not functioning correctly, we saw a mouse in the kitchen, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, the coffee machine was not functioning and due to the remote nature of this villa we did not have any running water on our second day. Due to these reasons we chose to depart early. The host was very accommodating and apologetic, and we were provided a refund for the nights we did not stay. Note: When we arrived there was a gentleman working on the outside of the property completing the tiling and the new addition they are building - we were not informed in advanced that there would be someone doing the work on the house. If we were informed in advance we would have appreciated it. Once the above issues are corrected and the villa is complete it will no doubt be a great spot!
