HOUSE RULES:
-Renter must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire stay.
-Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
-No smoking/vaping allowed on the premises.
-No parties - quiet hours 10:00pm-7:00am
-The guests reserved are the only ones allowed on property unless given permission ahead of time.
-No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it!
-No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk

For the safety of our property, we have outdoor cameras in the carport/driveway/backyard areas for security purposes only. We do not look at the footage unless there is a security issue. Your privacy and security are very important to us. Please message us if you have any additional questions.
