The Space:

***Beginning October 1st, 2026, the layout of the home will slightly change - the room with the 2 double beds will change to 1 king bed and one of the bedrooms downstairs will be changed to two double beds. This will NOT effect the occupancy of the home. If this affects your reservation please let us know within 24 hours if you'd like to cancel***

⚠️ Important Things to Note (Please Read)

• Stairs required to access living areas and bedrooms

• Pool is not heated

• Guests should provide their own pool and beach towels

• Please feel free to use the beach gear in the pool room. Please take care of the equipment so the next guest can enjoy it as much as you :)

• BBQ grill is charcoal (guests provide charcoal)

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located on the stairwell post facing overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on the first Wednesday of each month from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled

- Maximum of 14 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking Inside Is Prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home. Please put out your cigarettes and dispose of them in the outdoor trash bins.

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
