Newly built Mediterranean with a modern twist, just minutes from Coral Gables. Let this be your private oasis for the weekend or weeks to stay and play. Featuring 5 spacious bedrooms that pack a mighty punch and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Step inside and you’re greeted by an inviting foyer that leads you through to the family room with eat in kitchen. Double height windows display the perfect image of outdoor living in Miami. Look out across the salt water pool and your eyes are led to a shaded area of the garden specifically designed for you to eat and play when your not catching rays in the pool or lounging in the sundeck as the jets swirl around you. Take a stroll down the Miracle Mile dotted with shops, restaurants and cafes, new staples like The Gramercy will have you out into the early hours. Also just minutes from the expressway, you can be Downtown, Wynwood or the Beach in a short drive.

Clean and Lovely Property

Matts place was great for our bachelorette party. The set up was great, the house feels new, and it has all the amenities you could ask for. The location is on the outskirts of coral gables, but it was easily commutable (maybe a $25 Uber) into the city when needed.

Upscale residence for bride and brides family

The venue served as an absolutely luxurious “home away from home “for our family to prepare for our beautiful daughter’s wedding. The space was perfect for bridal photos and videos with the bridal party. The family had such fun in the backyard with all the games and amenities.

Beautiful home with pool

I highly recommend staying at this house, whether it's with family or friends. The house was in a great condition, with plenty of space in each room. The pool and the backyard is also spacious. Not the prettiest neighborhood but very safe and convenient to any attractions in Miami.

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely stunning- everything was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood could have been a little better, but the home and its surroundings are immaculate. My only suggestion would be for the home to include more full length mirrors & have extra toiletries (paper towels and toilet paper) being that it was a large home that houses 14 people- things run out quick. Otherwise- best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Would come again!

The villa was spacious and clean. My friends and I had a wonderful time hanging out at the pool. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to check it out!

Awesome House, Friendly Host

Stayed for a friends bachelorette party and we had a fantastic time. The house was exactly like the listing and communication with the host was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend!

Amazing house for an amazing weekend!

We stayed at this property to celebrate my sister's upcoming nuptials. The house was incredible--it was clean, spacious and the backyard was AMAZING! We will definitely come back to stay! On top of that, the host reached out way in advance to offer a concierge service prior to our trip. They helped us secure a boat, as well as recommended other services. We loved all our interactions with the owners, and definitely recommend.
