20 steps to the beach! Sanibel awaits you at this bright 1 br/1ba first-floor, beachfront condo. The cozy bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The living room is well appointed with two luxurious accent chairs, a leather queen sofa sleeper, an ottoman, a breakfast bar for four diners, a 65" smart TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. WiFi, AC, and in-unit washer/dryer make for an enjoyable, stress-free stay. The bathroom boasts a 42" vanity with storage, a tiled walk-in shower with corner seat and grab bars, two towel bars and swimsuit hooks. Ground floor condo where you can walk off the porch out to the pool and the beach. Oceans Reach is an immaculately kept community and this condo has been completely redone with a fresh modern vibe. Open concept provides plenty of room and the layout is perfect. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return.

The condo was fantastic! It was close to the beach, had a lovely screened in patio, it was super clean and very comfortable! The hosts and the office were very helpful and responsive! It was so nice to have beach chairs and other amenities as well. Excellent place!

Beach Perfection!

The pool is so close to the condo and the magnificent beach is a very short walk. Beautiful views, extremely clean property, friendly staff, and unforgettable ocean views. Highly recommend Ocean’s Reach!
