20 steps to the beach! Sanibel awaits you at this bright 1 br/1ba first-floor, beachfront condo. The cozy bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The living room is well appointed with two luxurious accent chairs, a leather queen sofa sleeper, an ottoman, a breakfast bar for four diners, a 65" smart TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. WiFi, AC, and in-unit washer/dryer make for an enjoyable, stress-free stay. The bathroom boasts a 42" vanity with storage, a tiled walk-in shower with corner seat and grab bars, two towel bars and swimsuit hooks. Get ready for days of adventure and lounging at the beach and pool. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sanibel and our condo offer.

Beautiful condo right next to the pool. A very short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything you could need. Owners are amazing and wonderful to work with. We hope to go back next year! Oceans Reach is a beautiful place to enjoy the sunny days on Sanibel..

The location wonderful, the condo was exactly as stated " beachfront", we had everything we needed for cooking, washing, walking to the beach, umbrella, chairs, little screens to pick up shells. A very heated pool, showers outside to rinse off. It's quiet, very helpful staff, places to wash shells, they recycle. Perfect

The condo was fantastic! It was close to the beach, had a lovely screened in patio, it was super clean and very comfortable! The hosts and the office were very helpful and responsive! It was so nice to have beach chairs and other amenities as well. Excellent place!

Ground floor condo where you can walk off the porch out to the pool and the beach. Oceans Reach is an immaculately kept community and this condo has been completely redone with a fresh modern vibe. Open concept provides plenty of room and the layout is perfect. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return.

This place is perfect! Clean and inviting, nice host, perfect location, EASY access to pool, beach! No stairs to beach, just walk right out!!! Comfortable beach chairs to use! Lots of shells on beach in front of condo!

Beach Perfection!

The pool is so close to the condo and the magnificent beach is a very short walk. Beautiful views, extremely clean property, friendly staff, and unforgettable ocean views. Highly recommend Ocean’s Reach!
