A truly great property for our 3-year old’s first trip to the beach. My wife who is a self described “not a beach person” was talking about returning before we even left. Our family loved the condo and the Island and look forward to returning.

Very clean and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. With a very nice Lanai with towel rack seating, and a couple of tables. Ground level within steps of pool and shower for rinsing off from the beach. Beach is very nice with plenty of shells, with laid back atmosphere. Also like have your own private beach.

The room was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our first time on Sanibel and we really enjoyed it. So many shells right outside the condo on the beach. The water was not great for swimming but was beautiful to sit and watch. The property was nice and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

The walkout beachfront unit was perfect and the Ocean’s Reach staff tending to our questions and needs immediately. We hunted for shells, played tennis, rode bikes, and grilled dinners. The property was fresh and clean and gave easy access to the beach and pool. It far exceeded our expectations.

Amazing stay at great location

Beautiful place! Check in was super easy, and the place had everything we could need. Loved sitting on the screened porch where you can see the pool and the beach from there. We brought chairs but one of our umbrellas broke so took advantage of the one they have to borrow along with a scooper. Found so many beautiful shells! Will definitely be back to this unit!!

Perfect for couples, solos or small families - functional and adorable, with so many great touches and a perfect view! Had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Reach B1B this week. Their condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you could possibly need - including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys! The property is literally steps to the pool and/or beach!!! The Oceans Reach community is very well maintained with tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts! The staff is quite pleasant and helpful! Wonderful beachfront condo

We loved our time at Kurt and Lisa's place and qould definitely stay again in the future. Convenient location on the island and walking straight out to the beach was phenomenal. Our kids also took advantage of the pool when we weren't on the beach. If you need somewhere to store your food or luggage before/after checkin/out, be sure to check with the office. They have an area for both!
