The host was extremely quick & friendly to respond to any question or need we had! The property was very clean and we had a wonderful stay! Nothing big, but we do wished the property would’ve had a hot tub on site for towers 1 & 2, tower 3 has one but you’re not allowed in it if you’re not staying at that tower! We would definitely book this unit again!!

Check in and out was a very easy process. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beach front view was amazing! Short walking distance to the pier and Pier Park. Easy access to the pool and beach! We absolutely loved our stay at 402E! Communication with the host was simple and quick responses!

Pleasant

Check in code didn’t work on arrival but got a hold of renter and it was fixed asap. The resort has crazy rules and security very rude at times. The condo unit itself was very nice and we enjoyed it.

Best Stay at Calypso!

I had an incredible stay at this condo—hands down the best I’ve ever booked! The unit was beautifully maintained, with all-new furniture that made it feel fresh and comfortable. The 4th-floor location provided the perfect view, just above the trees, making for a peaceful and scenic experience. I also really appreciated the extra elevator that serviced the floor, which made access even more convenient. Warren Beach Rentals was fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I was so impressed with my stay that I’ve already booked this condo again for the summer. Highly recommend!

Super nice clean and beautifully decorated condo!! We always love the calypso location. I don’t like how they are allowing beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the calypso’s beach chair rows. I mean no need to get a front row spot if there’s going to be umbrella and chairs in front of you. We would stay again but maybe just do a tent off to the side. The condo could use a new toaster and more dishes. No pizza pan.

Room was clean, wish we had a few more towels since we had a larger group, but overall it was perfect! We had a few hiccups with the wifi but it was worked out! Toilet broke and they had it fixed within an hour or so. Family friendly even in Memorial Day weekend. Had a few staff members that were really dry and not helpful but the host was great with communication. The guide was very helpful! We will definitely be staying again! Pool was great for our kiddo!
