Condo was perfect for my family of 4

Really enjoyed staying in this condo. Condo was very clean and convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The listing was an accurate description as well. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location

The location and resort property were great. We love staying at the Calypso. The unit needs some TLC, repairs, and upgrades (replace old beds, new balcony furniture, nicer kitchen supplies, etc.). Aside from the listing being incorrect (bathroom set up, no hot tub on property, no outdoor grill, etc.) the location was great and we felt safe with the excellent resort staff.

Very nice condo. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. The mattresses were not comfortable and the showers needed new shower heads. But a very nice condo. Will be back. TY

We were very happy when we walked in the condo. It looked like it had been newly remodeled. All of the furniture looked brand new, and the bedding looked new. It was really nice. I do wish they would’ve had beach lounge chairs included with the condo, but it really didn’t matter because we rented them for just one day. We had a great time and would definitely rent this condo again. Very nice!!

Great but…

Great location, communication from mgmt team was quick, beds and pillows were comfortable and the condo was clean. Only thing I would say to prepare for is cheap and uncomfortable patio furnitire on the balcony and not a lot of kitchenware provided. We made it work and washed silverware and pans often, but grab some paper plates and plastic utensils for convenience. Minor problem so it did not affect my rating and I would book again. Thanks for the memories PCB!

Great stay, great location

The property is comfortable, right on the beach, has a great view, and is super for walking to great restaurants. Everything was in working condition and there's a small area for a wet bar. We don't watch much TV, but there are TVs in the bedrooms and living room with streaming available. There are some negatives, but nothing terrible. It's a bit of a haul getting a luggage cart, walking from the parkade to the towers, and getting the cart returned. The carpet is on its 3rd life and needs replacement. The coffee maker will brew you 2 cups of coffee, so the 4 of us had to brew about 3 pots in the morning to get enough. Overall, it was a great stay.

Dirty Carpet (like really dirty) , Non working remote, torn furniture, bulb outs, poor maintenance in general and unresponsive property management to your complaints

Mostly great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet needs replaced. Some light bulbs were out throughout condo. The air worked great and the view was unbeatable. Clean condo with plenty of beach toys and chairs provided. No beach towels, however. Had to ask for pool wristbands and they weren’t brought till next day. Couch was broken.

Nice Condo… Disappointed in customer service

The condo was nice. We have stayed at the Calypso many times. We had issues checking in because they forgot to send the parking code. Customer service was less than helpful. Thankfully the property has great security who let us in. The internet never worked and the maintenance person was rude. The outlets in the kitchen also did not work. But we decided against calling since they were not helpful with anything else.

Cleaning ladies

All was great with location and space of room. There were only a few items that needed addressed, like toilet running, bathroom door wouldn't lock, dust on TV stand and old carpet. That didn't bother us though. What bothered us was we left and put trash in can except for some food that I thought they may want in fridge. Daughter left wrapper and drink bottle on nightstand in her room. They took food fridge, set it on table and took pictures like we had left it there and charged us $50.00. So my only advice is ... do not leave anything behind!
