Our stay was phenomenal. Incredible view. Easy access to the pool and beach. There is a Walmart, dollar general, ice cream shoppe, and Walgreens all on the same block. Everything was truly perfect.

It was close to everything. Best part about it were the views, beautiful! Condo was nice. Well stocked kitchen. I don't think the dishwasher works great, a lot of the dishes had food particles on them. We couldn't just sign in to our Netflix account for some reason it wanted us to create a new account. The cables on the TV in the living room and master bedroom were hooked up wrong to use the DVD players. I did fix that. Over all a wonderful stay.

Sorry the dishwasher didn’t clean thoroughly and that the streaming/TV connections caused trouble — thank you for fixing the DVD cables. I’ll notify housekeeping and maintenance to inspect the dishwasher and verify the TV/streaming setup so future guests don’t have these issues. The ocean view was stellar! Great location! Wasn't notified that outdoor pool and hot tub were under construction and couldn't use it the entire time we were there. The floors were very dirty and don't think they were washed at all so we had to wear flip flops the entire time of our stay. they only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6 people for an entire 5-night stay, I thought that was ridiculous. I know it's not a hotel, but really. The elevators were sketchy and worked intermittently. We loved the enormous deck and the incredible view! It was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the number of patio doors was great! We stayed on the patio and ate our breakfast and lunch and for sunset. It was amazing. I would stay here again!

The location was great, and the condo was very nice. However, the master shower was out of order, and we were not made aware before we checked in. Therefore, we had 4 people and only 1 shower for the whole week. I did talk to Liquid Life, and they did compensate us for the inconvenience.

We had people knocking on our door at 10:30 one night because the shower apparently leaked in the unit below us. They woke us up and wanted to come in while we were in bed. The next day, we told them we would be out all day. Presumably, they would have time to fix it. Another day, someone can in our room without notifying us to put a note on the shower to not use it. My daughter was afraid someone strange would come in the condo since they had while we were gone. No discount was offered, even though we had 6 people and were supposed to have 2 bathrooms.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations and for the safety and privacy concerns you experienced. Knocking and attempting entry at 10:30 p.m. while you were in bed was unacceptable, and having someone enter without notifying you to post a sign is also not how we expect maintenance or building staff to behave. Guests should always receive advance notice and consent before anyone accesses a unit, and repairs should be scheduled and communicated to avoid disrupting your stay. We’ll review our maintenance notification procedures and building partner protocols so repairs are coordinated and guests are given clear notice. We’ll also review our handling of compensation when promised amenities (like two usable bathrooms) are disrupted. Please send us a message through Vrbo so we can review your stay and prioritize a resolution. Your feedback helps us improve.
