This beachfront condominium is ready to be your home away from home for your next family vacation on the Emerald Coast. Relax outside on your furnished balcony and enjoy the view, then head indoors to prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen or kick back and watch your favorite shows or movies in your comfortable living area. And thanks to Summer House's many on-site amenities, you don't have to step off the property to swim in the shared pools, work up a sweat in the fitness room, soak in the hot tub, or play a few rounds of tennis.

Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.

Friends Beach Trip

Wonderful!

The property was lovely, spacious, and well-equipped. Never had a separate ice-maker before! We enjoyed the extra-large balcony and amazing view.

Great location for family

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House. Location was perfect among the community and beach. Loved our beach view. Some amenities lacking...not enough paper goods, soap on hand for 7 day visit. Would have been nice to have a few back up supplies. Also no hairdryer on site which is usually expected. Also front door very hard to latch closed...we had to be careful it was fully shut. But those are small issues. Kitchen amenities and appliances great. Loved the in room ice machine! Beds and furniture comfortable. Cute decor. Pool became crowded at times but we went at a busy week. Little interaction with staff but what we had was pleasant. Friendly guests and locals. Orange Beach was a fun end of summer getaway!

Summer House is an awesome condo and centrally located to everything. 605A was a really nice condo with a great view of the beach and the pool was directly below our balcony. It was plenty of room for both our families. Them living room was prettier in person than the pictures show. The kitchen was well equipped, but they definitely need more towels & washcloths especially for 8 people. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars on the cleanliness was the towels looked like they had been used and hung up to appear clean so we washed all of them. Despite everything happening with the Corona virus and racial tensions everyone was so friendly and courteous. I've been coming to Gulf Shores for the past 12yrs and this was our 1st time staying in Orange Beach and it was great. It was my niece and her families 1st time coming and she's ready for us to book another trip.

We had some issues with this property...The ice make was not installed properly so you had to lift the countertop to close it..There was mold on all of the ac vents...Ceiling fan did not work...There were fixture thT either didn't work or the bulbs were out...

Needs work!

The thermostat wasn't attached to the wall and was just hanging by wires, mirrored closet door in master had a long crack across it, one section of mirrored closet door in twin room was off the track and propped up in the closet, only one receptacle in each of the bedroom outlets worked, refrigerator door shelves dented. I documented the issues and notified our contact. In spite of these issues none of them affected our stay in a negative way. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well equiped. We have stayed in this complex( using other vendors) before and have never experienced any issues and it is our preferred complex in the area.

The pictures online lied!

Very disappointed in this condo and will not stay again! Hard to find a park in the condos parking lot due to maintenance going on. It was very dated and not very clean. The carpet and walls had stains on them. The outside needs a lot of work as does the inside. When we walked up to the our condo door for the first time I thought it looked very sketchy and unsafe for my teens/children. We got locked out of our room on Friday night and could not get in touch with anyone to get us back in. Maintenance did not show up until 9:00 am on Saturday. If it had not been for the security guard going and finding a master key we would have been locked out all night. They determined it could have been the battery going out. I really feel like we didn’t get our money’s worth.
