Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Sabadeco, Kas Bientu has everything you need for your dive vacation.
4 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor open onto the leafy local garden and adjoining pool deck, accomdating your groups and families comfortably.
The accordion door of the open plan living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor open up completely to fill our villa with sunlight and ocean views.
The villa has a double rinse tank handy to our interior parking space.

Nice house and neighborhood

This is a nice area and the house is well maintained. I would caution that the upstairs living area has large opening louvered doors that open up the space to the breeze, light, and views, but there are no screens or air conditioning upstairs. This means the mosquitos are unimpeded. It really wasn't too bad, but some preferred to shelter in their closed and air-conditioned bedrooms in the evenings. Despite that, I personally wouldn't have a problem staying in the house again. My kids enjoyed the pool and I think the price was fair. I really like this area of Bonaire.

Good communication, friendly onsite service mgr, and appreciated the welcoming refreshments. The house needs repairs. No upstairs fans for the first 2 days made the nights unbearable with mosquitos non-stop despite a lot of bug spray. Power surge knocked out all ceiling fans and 2 floor fans. The open air concept is nice until dusk, then low outside winds and no airflow inside, forget enjoying your time together between the heat and variety of bugs. Birds flying in/out most mornings not the best experience for our group.Broken toilet seats in 2 bathrooms, weak door latch to one bedroom left room open to mosquitoville as well. Wi-Fi really terrible after 3rd day which ok in an island but we've stayed at 2 other properties on Bonaire w/out issue.Bedrooms AC were great (after remote replaved in one) but the letter left telling us to meter usage or incur extra utilities charged was not expected and not advertised as part of the listing. Nowhere near enough allowance to run AC while sleeping only.Not the cleanest place we've stayed but the linens were clean so we could manage through the rest. Great neighborhood and the pool was refreshing! With a few repairs, and attention to cleaning details, nice place to stay if open air concept is your vibe!
